Sports Imporve Mental and Physical Fitness - TTD JEo













Sports promote mental and physical fitness to reduce work stress and also enable employees to serve Srivari devotees with more enthusiasm said TTD Joint Executive Officer Smt Sada Bhargavi.


Participating in the grand valedictory event of the TTD employees annual sports meet- 2021 at Mahati auditorium, TTD JEO said as an institution TTD was committed towards employees welfare and exhorted everyone to engage in some sort of sports or physical activity to promote health and liveliness in their daily chores.


She lauded women employees who participated in equal spirits during the annual sports events held in adherence to Covid norms from February 21 to March 14 this year.


TTD JEO also distributed prizes to children of employees who participated in cultural contests conducted as part of the annual sports meet 

TTD PRO Dr T Ravi, Dyeo(Welfare) Sri Ananda Raju, Dyeo HR Sri Govindarajan also distributed the Prizes to winners and runners of various sports events which included 475 first prizes, 400-second prizes and 84 third prizes. In all 855 employees and retired persons had participated in the annual sports of which 555 were men and 300 were women.


80-year-old retired employees become role model sports persons


It is a matter of pride that 80 plus retired employees had participated in the annual sports this year also and become icons of sports promotion by TTD. They included Retd. Physical Director Smt Pushpa Kumari (84) and Smt Nirmala Krishnan who had excelled in ball badminton and shuttle events this year.


Earlier physical director of SP Mahila Degree and PG college Smt Usha Rani read the annual report of the TTD annual sports event and Dr Krishnaveni HoD of Telugu Department presented the valedictory message. Senior TTD officials and employees, sport participants were also present.

TTD Decides to Lease Out All Its Kalyana Mandapams in Two Telugu States


TTD has decided to lease out all its 177 Kalyana Mandapams located in both Telugu states to the like-minded Hindu religious organizations, mutts, Trusts or persons for five years.


Interested Hindu religious organizations, mutts, temples, persons shall send their proposals through www.tender.apeprocuremrnt. gov.in from 11am September 1 till 5pm of September 30.

Exclusice Fund for Cashless Medical Treatment for TTD Employees - TTD EO



TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed Officials to set up a separate fund for providing cashless medical treatment to all TTD employees.

 

Addressing senior officers meeting held in the Conference Hall of TTD Administrative building on Wednesday evening, the TTD EO said that all retirement benefits should be processed on the last day of service of the employee as per the circular issued on the subject.

 

He said Tirumala shall be developed with greenery and all roads and footpaths be beautified by removing fallen trees etc. ahead of annual Brahmotsavams. All cottages rooftops be utilised for the installation of solar photovoltaic power systems for generating hot water to pilgrims. He said the SVBC should give wide publicity over the ban on plastics in Tirumala through special jingles and scrolling.

 

Among others TTD EO reviewed the ongoing Alipiri footpath repair works and cottages development works, advanced employees training systems at SVETA, Covid Vaccination for employees below 45 years including below 5 year old children and parents, new ID cards for employees with better Photos, and Legal department to speed up case reviews with HoDs.

 

The EO also advised officials to reappoint the editorial board of Sapthagiri magazine and promote articles on Hindu dharma propagation and student-friendly literature.

 

He directed officials to organise a virtual conference with officials of Tata and Mahindra groups for expediting development works of the SV Museum.

 

The EO also reviewed the functioning of the FMS system and complaints cell for accommodation allotment organised for devotees benefit at Tirumala, besides the arrangements made for Vigraha Pratista and Maha Samprokshana events at Visakhapatnam SV Temple are slated from August 8-13.

Increase Use of Generic Medicine in TTD Hospitals - TTD Eo


TTD Executive Officer, Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed officials to enhance the use of generic medicine at all TTD hospitals.

 

Addressing a review meeting with SVIMS and BIRRD officials at Sri Padmavati Rest House in Tirupati on Tuesday evening the TTD EO also instructed that all purchases of drugs and medical equipments shall be processed only through the central purchase department.

 

He enquired about tendering of medicines at SVIMS and asked the officials to commence the tender’s proceedings four months in advance of the expiry of old tenders for purchasing medicines and medical equipment.

 

He said officials who sents proposals on the list of medicines should not become members of purchase committees and advised to opt for a member from the Government Drug Control Board.

 

The EO also directed that drug purchase the policy should be on the model of NIMS and NIMHANS and purchases the drugs adequate for two years at one go.

 

He also advised TTD officials to compare the drugs prices prevailing in states of Karnataka, Tamilnadu and Telangana before placing orders.

Six Unique Surgeries Performed at BIRRD Hospital


In a record of sorts, a 14-year old girl from Allagadda in Kurnool district was operated successfully for Scoliosis (hunch back) by an orthopaedic expert from Hyderabad Dr Surya Prakash at BIRRD hospital on Saturday.

 

Rendering voluntary service at BIRRD hospital as part of a scheme of TTD to facilitate medical treatment to poor patients with expert ortho doctors, Dr Surya Prakash did the operation for seven hours to set right the backbone of the girl by using Titanium rod and screws. "Now she can walk perfectly in the next 3 days, the Doctor said after successfully completing the operation".

 

The second one was a bone marrow transplant operation by four surgeons on a broken leg of a patient-led by expert Dr Krishna Kiran. Four other patients were treated for bone marrow with help of computer navigated chip transplants.

 

Speaking later Dr Surya Prakash and Dr Krishna Kiran said the BIRRD hospital has sophisticated state of the art equipment for all kinds of orthopaedic surgeries.

 

They said with the invitation extended by Dr Rachapalli Reddappa Reddy, OSD of BIRRD ortho specialists from across the country have come forward to render voluntary service in TTD hospitals for the benefit of poor patients with quality service.

ZEE5's free vaccination drive Sankalpam receives a great response

New Block at SVIMS for Arogyasri Patints - TTD Eo




TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy said directed officials to organise a new block    at SVIMs hospital for treatment to Arogyasree patients and also to facilitate cashless treatment to all health insurance patients on the lines of corporate hospitals.

 

Addressing a review meeting with SVIMs officials at his chambers in TTD administrative building on Thursday the TTD EO said henceforth all patients with health insurance will be provided cashless treatment at SVIMs on lines of corporate hospitals.

He directed IT officials to speed up HR management and Hospital management applications and engineering officials to complete all civil works on a war footing.

 

He instructed officials to improvise Apps for online dispatch of all medical test and scanning reports like X-ray, MRI etc. on Radiology Imaging System (PACS) to doctors. Greenery be promoted in the surroundings of all hospitals to provide healthy environments to patients, he said while reviewing the Arogya Sree services at TTD hospitals.

 

He also advised IT, officials, to design Students Software to the database all information about students of TTD Educational institutions

The Executive Officer TTD pleased to invite credentials and testimonials from renowned Orthopaedic Surgeons located all over India for empanelment as visiting consultants to render voluntary service in BIRRD hospital in the area of surgery and rehabilitation once in a month. The TTD reserves the right to empanelment of a doctor or disempanelment

Complete Paediatric Hospital Works by July20- TTD Eo







TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy instructed the Engineering Officials to complete the new building construction for Children's Hospital in BIRRD Hospital premises before July 20.

 

During an inspection held on Wednesday evening, the EO visited the three operation theatres, OP, ICU, General Wards, Labs, Administrative office under construction in the hospital along with CE Sri Nageswara Rao. He also enquired on the procurement of hospital machinery. He instructed the officials to speed up the works and complete them before July 20.

Use Advanced Technology to Arrest Fire Disasters - TTD Eo

o check fire disasters, TTD EO called for utilization of latest technology in Tirumala.

During a review meeting held at his Chamber's in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati, the EO directed the Engineering Officials to install LPG bullets in Moulded structures by relocating them.

Earlier, Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories Sri Siva Kumar in his power point presentation explained on advanced technology to reduce and arrest fire disasters. 

Later speaking EO said a committee need to be formed on how to implement the latest storage techniques and fire safety measures in Tirumala. He also felt the need to educate and train staff and public with Mock drills to counter effectively in the case of any fire mishaps.

The OP and inpatient services will resume in BIRRD from July 1 onwards.

The medicine has been donated by TTD Employees Association which has ordered onr lakh medicines to be distributed among Regular, Outsourcing, Retired employees of TTD and their families to fight against ill effects of Covid Virus.

Village Level Covid Action Plan - TTD Eo





Tirupati, 22 May 2021: TTD EO and Chairman of Covid command control Centre, Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed Chittoor District Collector Sri Hari Narayan to launch a village-level action plan to effectively contain spike of Covid-19 cases in the rural areas of Chittoor district.

 

Reviewing the Covid situation with district health officials at the Sri Padmavati Rest House on Saturday the TTD EO asked officials to enforce house quarantine and community isolation of Covid positive patients in the village level to contain its spread to other regions.

 

He said village officials should undertake Dandoras (announcements) in the mornings and evenings in villages and spread awareness of Covid among villagers with handbills, wall posters and loudspeakers.

 

The sarpanches should strive to transform their villages as Covid-free villages and Collectors should encourage them with cash awards. The village secretariats, Asha workers and NGOs should be involved in the Rapid response teams to contain Covid effectively. Special drive on awareness of masks and social distancing be taken up with volunteers at village level.

 

He said to stop the spread of black fungus in the hospitals all medical equipment etc. should be sterilised after the discharge of Covid patients. 

 

The Covid Command Centre Chairman also advised officials to always keep 20 tons oxygen tanks at the SVIMS hospital full and also ensure complete oxygen availability at the Ayurvedic hospital as well.

 

He also advised officials to keep vigilance on hotels, tea stalls etc. at crowded locations in Tirupati and ensure that these joints serve only parcels.

 

The district program officer of the National Health Mission Dr Srinivasulu, District Surveillance Officer Dr Sudarshan and others were present.

 

Complete Vaccination of TTD Employees on Fast Track - TTD Eo


Tirupati, 22 May 2021: TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has instructed officials on Saturday to complete first and second dose vaccination for all TTD employees on fast track.

 

At a virtual meeting with senior officials on Saturday morning, the TTD EO enquired about the status of beds, oxygen and treatment of Covid patients at SVIMS and Ayurveda hospital with Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.

 

TTD JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi informed the TTD EO on the status of the vaccination status of TTD employees and its schedule. 

 

TTD EO instructed officials to take up vaccination of all sanitation workers at Sri Padmavati Nilyam in Tiruchanoor, Vishnu Nivasam, Srinivasam Rest Houses in Tirupati besides 2nd and 3rd choultries behind the railway station.

 

He also asked for a report on black fungus cases at the SVIMs hospital, if any.

 

He directed the engineering officials to speed up works of the Children’s hospital at the BIRRD complex and also the slab works on the walker’s footpath in the Alipiri route.

 

Among others he reviewed staff appointments in Tirumala Sub Enquiry offices, cottage modernisation works at Tirumala, online training for employees of various TTD departments, Tulabharam at Alipiri footpath, compassionate appointments in various TTD departments like HDPP, Sapthagiri magazine Tarigonda Vengamamba project etc.

 

TTD EO also reviewed on Sacred gardens at Tirumala, nursery at Seventh-mile junction, fencing works by June, central procurement of medicine and equipments from next financial year, online training classes of employees at SVETA etc.

Quality Medical Services to All Covid Hit TTD Employees - TTD Eo






Tirupati, 1 May 2021: TTD Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed officials to initiate all steps to provide quality medical services at all hospitals to TTD employees affected by pandemic Covid.

 

Addressing a review meeting on Covid handling in TTD at the Sri Padmavati rest house on Saturday evening, the TTD EO instructed that all employees should be identified for vaccination priority be given to those waiting for the second dose and organise hassle-free vaccination for all TTD employees.

 

He enquired about vaccination to employees department wise, also about those admitted in hospitals and directed that some beds should be reserved for TTD employees at the SVIMs hospital.

 

He also enquired about oxygen stocks at SVIMs, SV Ayurveda and the Ruia hospital and also issued orders for medical advances to employees for Covid 

Treatment and permission for 50:50 ratio attendances in TTD offices.

 

Besides directing the conduction of a fire safety audit in TTD, he also suggested a separate transport facility for TTD employees attending work at Timbale.

Covid Guidelines must for Srivari Darshan - TTD Chairman













- COVID VACCINATION FOR ALL TTD EMPLOYEES IN 2 WEEKS

- ORGANIC PRODUCTS FOR SRIVARI NAIVEDYAM ON EXPERIMENTAL BASIS

 

Tirumala, 30 April 2021: TTD chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy reiterated on Friday that Covid guidelines were mandatory to all devotees coming for Srivari Darshan.

 

Reviewing all arrangements in view of Covid spike at the Annamaiah Bhavan with officials, TTD Chairman appealed to devotees with cold, cough and fever to postpone their Tirumala pilgrimage. The TTD had provided an option to utilise their online bookings till the end of 2021, he assured.

 

Speaking to media persons later he said TTD had released daily only 15,000 online Rs.300 special Darshan tickets for the month of May, but the bookings had shown a downswing.

 

VACCINATION TO ALL TTD EMPLOYEES IN 2 WEEKS

 

The TTD chairman directed officials to make arrangements for Covid vaccination of all TTD employees working both at Tirumala and Tirupati in 

In the coming 15 days. 

 

He also TTD would provide all succour to families of 15 employees who had died due to Covid and expressed his condolences to bereaved families.

 

He also directed officials to organise payments of Covid treatment of TTD employees in private hospitals .

 

He said presently TTD is facilitating employees of Tirumala to attend office on a 50:50 ratio and same formula would be followed in attendance for employees of Tirupati as well.

 

He said officials have been directed to organise special buses to ferry TTD employees to Tirumala and also special beds with oxygen and ventilator at BIRRD hospital for employees.

 

USE OF ORGANIC PRODUCTS FOR SRIVARI NAIVEDYAM

 

The Chairman said as done by ancestors in the past, from May 1, Saturday, on experimental basis TTD is using organic farm products for preparing Srivari naivedyam, in cooperation with Sri Vijayram, a farmer from Pinagudurulanka village of Krishna district.

 

He said action plan is being chalked out to use organic farm products in preparation of Srivari laddu and vada Prasadam in the second phase and thereafter in the Anna Prasadam of devotees at Sri Tarigonda Vengamamba Anna Prasadam Bhavan in the third phase.

 

TTD has plans to make farmers of Telugu states as partners in the divine venture by giving them special training in growing organic products without use of pesticides and fertilisers. TTD also mulls to take up organic farming in the agricultural lands donated by devotees.

 

INSPECTION OF DEVOTEES QUEQUE LINES ON COVID GUIDELINES

 

After the review session at Annamaiah Bhavan the TTD Chairman inspected then Covid guidelines arrangements at special Darshan ticket entry complex in Vaikunta Queue Complex of Srivari Temple - soap liquid, hand sanitisers, scanning point, ozone sanitizers at Mahadwaram and social distancing in the queue lines.

 

The TTD chairman made several suggestions to officials on streamlining of queue lines at Padi kavali onwards.
