Malayappa on Teppa










Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi took out a colourful ride on the sacred waters of Swamy Pushkarini in the pleasant evening on Friday.


The third day of the ongoing five-day annual Teppotsavams witnessed the divinities taking three rounds of blessing devotees.


TTD Chairman Sri Bhumana Karunakara Reddy, EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, other officials participated.


The devotees who occupied every inch of the galleries of Swamy Pushkarini were seen immersed in devotional waves chanting Govinda Namams.

Teppotsavams Enters Day2









The annual Teppotsavams commenced on a grand celestial note with Sri Krishna Swamy along with Rukmini taking a pleasure ride for three rounds on the finely decked float in the Swamy Pushkarini waters on Thursday.


TTD cancelled Sahasra Deepalankara Seva in connection with the float festival.


TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, CPRO Dr T Ravi, temple DyEO Sri Lokanatham and other officials, devotees participated.

Annual Fete of Chandragiri Ramalayam from 17th to 25th April




The annual Brahmotsavam of Chandragiri Sri Kodandarama Swamy

will be celebrated from April 17 to 25 with Ankurarpanam on April 16.


As part of this, a Dwajarohanam will be on April 17 between 9.05 am to 10 am in Vrishabha Lagnam.  From 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm Sri Kodanda Ramaswamy will give darshan to the devotees on the Hanumanta Vahanam.


Kalyanotsavam of Sri Sitarama will be held on 23rd April from 10 am to 11.30 am.

By paying Rs.750/- per ticket Grihastas(two persons on a ticket) can participate in Kalyanotsavam.


From 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, Swami will ride on the Garuda Vahanam.


On April 25 from 9 am to 10.30 am, Snapana Tirumanjanam will be held to the Utsava Murthies and Chakratthalwar will be given Chakra Snanam between 10.30 am and 11 am.


Brahmotsavam will conclude with Dhwajavarohanam on the same day at 6:30pm.


Sri Ramapattabhishekam will be held in a grand style on April 26th from 9 am to 10.15 am.


On this occasion, Harikathas, Bhajans and devotional music concerts will be organized under the auspices of TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad, Dasa Sahitya Project and Annamacharya Project.

Tumburu Theertha Mukkoti on 25th March




One of the major torrent festivals, Tumburu Theertha Mukkoti is scheduled on March 25 on the auspicious day of Phalguna Pournami in the advent of Uttara Phalguni star.


TTD has already appealed that as the torrent festival falls in the peak summer, to ensure the health safety and security of pilgrims. only physically fit pilgrims who are aged up to 60 years alone will be allowed to trek the path.


And also, pilgrims with obesity, heart ailments, asthma, other chronic diseases will not be allowed in view of their health safety.


The devotees will be allowed from 5am to 3pm of March 24 and again from 5am to 11am of March 25.

₹20 Lakhs Donated




Bengaluru based Agarwal Induction Furnace Private Limited has donated Rs.20 lakhs to SV Pranadana Trust of TTD.


The company representative of Tirupati Sri Raghavendra has handed over the DD for the same to TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy in latter's chamber in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Thursday.

TTD Eo Reviews Vontimitta Brahmotsavams Arrangements






TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy urged the officials to speed up all arrangements for the successful conduct of the annual  Brahmotsavam at Vontimitta Sri Kodanda Ramalayam from April 17-25 with Ankurarpanam on April 16 and the iconic state festival of Sri Seeta Rama Kalyanotsavam on April 22.


Addressing a review meeting at the conference hall of the TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Wednesday with all the departments along with JEO Sri Veerabrahmam and CVSO Sri Narasimha Kishore, he directed the officials concerned to make coordinated efforts and ensure all to provide Anna Prasadam, drinking water and buttermilk to thousands of devotees attending the prestigious events.


Among others cool painting on walk path of devotees and cool shelters, fitness certificates for operating Ratham and Vahanams, deployment of 300 Srivari Sevaks to prepare Thalambralu packets and 2000 Sevaks for the day of Kalyanam etc.


He also reviewed on the medical facilities including keeping ambulances, primary health centres, stocking of ORSmpackets, action plan for cultural activities, public transport, parking and accommodation. He asked TTD officials to coordinate with the YSR Kadapa district officials for the smooth conduct of the divine events.


Among others SVBC CEO Sri Shanmukh Kumar, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, SEs Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Sri Satyanarayana, Sri Venkateswarlu, Estate officer Sri Gunasbhushana  Reddy, DyEOs Sri Natesh Babu, Smt Prashanti and officials of various departments were present.
