Studio Green to release Director Vasantabalan's film 'Jail' worldwide.

 




Director Vasantabalan's eagerly-awaited 'Jail', featuring GV Prakash in the lead, is to be released the world over by well known production house,  Studio Green. 

Director Vasantabalan, who has made critically acclaimed superhit films like Veyil, Angaadi Theru, Aravaan and KaaviyaThalaivan, is now ready with his next film Jail.

Produced by Sridharan Mariadhasan under the production banner of Krikes Cine Creations, the film features actress Abarnathi, who made an impression with her fine performance in the critically acclaimed 'Thaen', as the female lead.

It also features Radhikaa Sarathkumar, 'Pasanga' Pandi, Nandan Ram (son of music director Sirpi), Ravi Maria and a host of actors and newcomers.

The film has been shot by Cinematographer Ganesh Chandra while Raymond Derick Cristo has edited it.

Stunts in the film have been conceptualized by National Award winners Anbarivu and Choreography is by Sandy and Radhika.

G V Prakash has scored the music for the songs penned by Kabilan, Snehan, Therukural and Karunakaran.

'Kaathodu Kaathaanaen',  a song sung by Dhanush for the film, has emerged a chart buster and has garnered over 2 crore views on YouTube already.

Under these circumstances, well known producer K.E. Gnanavel Raja, who was highly impressed with the film's theme and presentation after watching the film, has announced that his production house Studio Green will release the film the world over. 

An official announcement with more details, including the Audio launch, film release date, will soon be made.

Karnan honoured at the Bangalore Innovative International Film Festival as Best Indian Film!

 






More than 100 films from 20 countries were selected and screened in 30 languages at the Bangalore Innovative International Film Festival.

At its closing ceremony today (19.10.2021), Director Mari Selvaraj received the award for Best Indian Film for the film Karnan.

The film, which was produced by V Creations Kalaippuli S Thanu and starred the versatile Dhanush in the lead role garnered positive reviews from both critics and the audience, with praise for the storyline, casting, setting, direction, performances and major technical aspects of the film. Not just critically acclaimed, but the film turned out to become a box office blockbuster and the highest grossing Tamil films of 2021.

The film had a strong technical crew comprising music by Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography handled by Theni Eswar, and editing done by Selva R K. Loosely influenced from the 1995 Kodiyankulam caste violence.

The film featured the titular character Karnan, hailing from a conservative background, fighting for the rights of his people.

Vishnu Vishal Studioz, the makers of Vishnu Vishal’s upcoming film Mohandas, have now launched the second look poster of the film

 

 



The team had recently wrapped up the shoot of the film, and are now progressing briskly in the post-production stage with edit and dubbing works taking place simultaneously. The second look poster showcases Vishnu Vishal with a smirk, holding a bloody hammer which has the three monkeys hanging like puppets from it. A fourth monkey is shown knocked down on the side.

Mohandas is the sophomore directorial from Murali Karthick, who made his debut with Kalavu. The film stars Vishnu Vishal, Aishwarya Rajesh, Indrajith Sukumaran, Shariq Hassan, Lallu, Prakash Raghavan and Poornima Bhagyaraj. The team had completed major portions of the film in Chennai, across various locations.

Mohandas has cinematography by Vignesh Rajagopalan, with music composed by Sundaramurthy KS. The editing is taken care of by Kripakaran. The film will hit the screens in 2022.

Suriya's Jai Bhim Trailer to be out on October 22

 


Amazon Prime Video today took the bar of excitement one notch higher as it dropped an exciting new poster stating that the film’s trailer will be launching on Friday, October 22nd. The poster portrays Suriya in a powerful avatar standing out tall among the crowd.

Jai Bhim will premiere on Amazon Prime Video this Diwali, on November 2nd in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Jai Fights with American Robots

 



































Actor Jai's upcoming film 'Breaking News' is produced by K. Thirukadal Uthayam in the banner of Rahul Films.


Focusing on robotics technology and animation, the film casts Actress Banusree, Big Boss Snehan, Pazha.Karuppaiya, producer Azhagiya Tamilmani, Devgil, Rahul Dev and others.

Andrew Pandian, the director of the film, said that the film, which is full of graphics only at a high cost, has fight scenes where ‘Jai’ fights against robots and the VFX works are in progress. The film crew includes Cinematographers Jhonylal & Wiliams, Editor Antony, Art Mahesh, VFX Prabahakar and Music Director Vishal Peter.

It is noteworthy that in a recent shoot with five thousand supporting actors, Big Boss Snehan played a revolutionist on the battlefield.

The final stages of the film are in full swing and the Trailer is expected to hit theaters soon.

Music director Deva’s Gaana song for ‘Take Diversion’ is declared a Chartbuster now!!!

 







Take Diversion – An engrossing & entertaining commercial package


Filmmaker Sivani Senthil's ‘Take Diversion’, a beautiful love story, laced that will savour the tastes of not just the 80s and 90s Kids, but 2K kids as well. Recently, a song titled ‘Masthana Mass Minoru’ crooned by Music Director Deva became an overnight Chartbuster across the music platforms. The song garnered additional emblazonment with the choreography and performance of Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3 fame Sandy. Besides, another track ‘Yaarum Enakillai Ennadi’ – a mellifluous love song that speaks about the painful ailments of a broken heart has captured the hearts of listeners.

The film features Ramachandran as a prominent character. He shot to fame for his spellbinding performances in the movies like Petta and Sathurnga Vettai. Sivakumar makes his onscreen debut in the lead role with Paatini Kumar and Gayathri plying the female lead characters. John Vijay appears as the antagonist, and the others in the star cast include Vijay TV fame George Vijay, Bala J Chandiran, Seenivasan Arunachalam, and few more prominent artistes.

Jose Franklin has composed music for the film. He has already garnered wowing responses for his musical spell in the movies like Nedunal Vaadai, and En Peyar Anandan. Eeswaran Thangavel has handled cinematography, Vidhu Jeeva is the editor. The film is crafted by a bunch of young powerhouse talents, which will entertain the universal crowds for its commercial content package.

After watching the final output, both the actors Ramachandran and John Vijay were spellbound with the filmmaking style of the director the well-entertaining ingredients and hugged him out of appreciating the gesture.

The official announcement on the film’s worldwide theatrical release will be made shortly.
