Meeting Heldon Human-Animal Conflict

 





In view of increased movements of wild cats along footpaths, ghat roads in Tirumala in the recent times, a review meeting on Human-Animal conflict was held at Gokulam Conference Hall on Tuesday.


TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao (virtual participation) along with the Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdary and TTD Forest, State Forest and other stake holders, held a detailed meeting on how to tackle the issue with short term and long term plans and also on the overall management of MANIMAL Plan in TTD.

The excerpts from the meeting:

*To deploy additional forces and ensure timely Garbage Management all along the Alipiri Footpath route.

*To take up a Joint Drive all along the footpath route with the officials from Forest, Revenue and Panchayat Raj, Health and Vigilance departments of TTD with the support of Forest department officials in a regular manner.

*Wild Life Institute of India and
Forest Department to assist TTD in preparing Short-term and Long-term measures to overcome the Human-Animal conflict.
*More measures including camera traps, bio-fences, Net-Guns, high flash torches, Smart Sticks, pepper sprays and many more safety gadgets ensuring Alipiri Footpath a NO LEOPARD ZONE.

*To impose restrictions on shop-keepers sensitizing them on not to sell prohibited eatables.

*Focus more on surveillance from the Seventh Mile to the Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple located in the 2.5km stretch area along Alipiri Footpath route in Down Ghat road.

*Monthly coordination meeting on Human-Animal conflict with the officers concerned and the stake holders and discuss on the agendas with time lines.

Among the participants, Wild Life Institute of India Senior Scientist Sri Ramesh Krishnamurthy(Virtual), Conservator of Forest Sri Selvam, DFO Sri Vivek Anand, Deputy Conservator of Forest of TTD Sri Srinivasulu, DyEOs Sri Somannaryana, Sri Venkateswarulu, Health Officer Dr Madhusudhan, VGO Sri Surendra, AVSO Alpiri Sri Ramesh Krishnan and others were also present.

తిరుమలలోని అలిపిరి మెట్లమార్గం మరియు ఘాట్ రోడ్డుల వద్ద ఇటీవల కాలంలో వన్యమృగాలు, ముఖ్యంగా చిరుతపులుల కదలికలు పెరిగిన నేపథ్యంలో మానవ-వన్యప్రాణి ఘర్షణల నివారణ చర్యలపై మంగళవారంనాడు గోకులం స‌మావేశ మందిరంలో ఉన్నతాధికారుల సమీక్ష సమావేశం జరిగింది.

టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ జే. శ్యామల రావు (వర్చువల్‌) అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ చ. వెంకయ్య చౌదరితో కూడి ఈ సమావేశాన్ని టీటీడీ అటవీ శాఖ, అటవీ శాఖ, వివిధ విభాగాల అధికారులతో నిర్వహించారు.

•⁠ ⁠అలిపిరి మార్గాన్ని “చిరుత రహిత ప్రాంతంగా” మార్చేందుకు కెమెరా ట్రాపులు, స్మార్ట్ స్టిక్స్, బయో ఫెసన్సింగులు, నెట్ గన్స్, హై ఫ్లాష్ టార్చులు, పెప్పర్ స్ప్రేలు తదితర రక్షణ పరికరాల వినియోగం.
•⁠ ⁠నిషేధిత ఆహార పదార్థాల అమ్మకంపై దుకాణదారులకు ఆంక్షలు, అవగాహన కల్పించడం.
•⁠ ⁠అలిపిరి మెట్ల మార్గంలో 2.5 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవు ఉన్న ఏడవ మైలు నుండి లక్ష్మీ నరసింహ స్వామి ఆలయం వరకు పటిష్ట భద్రత కల్పన, నిఘాపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి.
•⁠ ⁠ప్రతి నెల మానవ-వన్యప్రాణి ఘర్షణలపై సంబంధిత అధికారులతో సమీక్షా సమావేశం నిర్వహించి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికల పురోగతిని సమీక్షించడం.

తిరుపతి శ్రీ గోవిందరాజస్వామి వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు జూన్ 02 నుండి జూన్ 10వ తేదీ వరకు జరుగనున్న నేపథ్యంలో పోస్టర్ ను టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ జె. శ్యామల రావు ఆవిష్కరించారు. టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలోని ఈవో ఛాంబర్ లో మంగళవారం ఆయన పోస్టర్ ను ఆవిష్కరించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా టిటిడీ ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, వేసవి నేపథ్యంలో శ్రీగోవిందరాజ స్వామి వారి వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు  విస్తృత ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. భక్తులకు సౌకర్యవంతంగా ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు. ఆలయంలో చలువ పందిళ్లు,  వైట్ పెయింట్, ఆకట్టుకునేలా రంగోలీలు, విద్యుత్ అలంకరణలు, పెయింటింగ్స్, పుష్పలంకరణలు తదితర ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో ప్రతిరోజూ ఉదయం 7 నుండి 9 గంటల వరకు, రాత్రి 7 నుండి 9 గంటల వరకు జరుగనున్న వాహనసేవలకు ముందస్తు ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

జూన్ 01వ తేదీ సాయంత్రం 5.30 గం.ల నుండి 8.00 గం.ల వరకు అంకురార్పణంతో బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు ప్రారంభం కానున్నాయి. 02వ తేదీ ఉదయం 07.02 నుండి 07.20 గం.ల వరకు మిథున లగ్నంలో ధ్వజారోహణము జరుగనుంది. రాత్రి 07 గం.లకు పెద్ద శేష వాహనంపై స్వామివారు భక్తులను అనుగ్రహించనున్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా టీటీడీ హిందూ ధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్‌, అన్నమాచార్య ప్రాజెక్ట్, దాససాహిత్య ప్రాజెక్టుల ఆధ్వర్యంలో ప్రతిరోజూ ఆధ్యాత్మిక, భక్తి సంగీత, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple Brahmotsavams Arrangements Reviewed

 





Tirupati JEO Sri Veerabrahmam on Tuesday evening has instructed the officials to make appropriate arrangements to organize the annual Brahmotsavams from June 02 to June 10 at the ancient and famous Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple in Tirupati in a grand manner. 


A review was held with the officials of all departments in the temple premises.

Speaking on the occasion, the JEO instructed the officials to complete the arrangements for the Brahmotsavams at the earliest. 

He said that the electric wires obstructing Gandhi Road and Karnala Veedhi during the Vahanam procession should be removed and that there should be no traffic problems.

He said that LED screens should be installed on the main roads so that devotees can watch the arches and the vahana sevas of the processional deity. He instructed the concerned officials to decorate the temple and surrounding areas beautifully with electric lamps and flowers. He suggested that the queues should be regularized with sufficient number of Srivari sevaks.

He ordered that the devotees should be provided with buttermilk and drinking water during the vahana sevas 

Later he suggested that Bhajans, Kolatams, Kerala drums, folk dance and other cultural programs should be organized with expert artists under the auspices of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad to impress devotees in front of Vahanams. 

The processions will be broadcast through the Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel. He suggested that cleanliness should be maintained without compromising anywhere.  

He advised the officials to collect feedback from the devotees from time to time and provide better services. He asked the security officials to make strong arrangements so that the devotees do not face any security problems.

తిరుపతిలోని శ్రీ గోవిందరాజస్వామివారి ఆలయంలో జూన్ 02 నుండి జూన్ 10వ తేదీ వరకు జరుగనున్న వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్స‌వాలను వైభవంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు తగిన ఏర్పాట్లు చేపట్టాలని టిటిడి తిరుపతి జేఈవో  అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. బ్రహ్మోత్స‌వాల ఏర్పాట్లపై మంగళవారం సాయంత్రం ఆలయ ప్రాంగణంలో అన్ని విభాగాల అధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.

 
ఈ సందర్భంగా జెఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ త్వరితగతిన  బ్ర‌హ్మోత్స‌వాల ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి చేయాల‌ని అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. వాహనసేవల సమయంలో గాంధీ రోడ్డు, కర్నాల వీధుల్లో  అడ్డుగా ఉన్న విద్యుత్ వైర్లను తొలగించాలని, ట్రాఫిక్‌ ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా పోలీసులతో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలన్నారు. ప్రధాన రహదారుల్లో ఆర్చీలు, స్వామివారి వాహనసేవలను భక్తులు తిలకించేందుకు వీలుగా ఎల్‌ఇడి స్క్రీన్ లు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలన్నారు. ఆలయం, పరిసర ప్రాంతాలను విద్యుద్దీపాలు, పుష్పాలతో సర్వాంగసుందరంగా అలంకరించాలని సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తగినంత మంది శ్రీవారి సేవకులతో క్యూలైన్ల క్రమబద్ధీకరణ చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు.
 
భక్తులకు స్వామివారి అన్నప్రసాదం, వాహన సేవల్లో మజ్జిగ, తాగునీరు పంపిణీ చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. రథోత్సవం రోజున భక్తులకు పానకం అందించాలన్నారు. హిందూ ధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్‌ ఆధ్వర్యంలో వాహనసేవల ముందు ఆకట్టుకునేలా నిపుణులైన క‌ళాకారులతో భజనలు, కోలాటాలు, కేరళ డ్రమ్స్, జానపద నృత్యం ఇతర సాంస్కృతిక‌ కార్యక్రమాలు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని సూచించారు. ఎండకు, వర్షానికి భక్తులకు ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా పందిళ్లు వేయాలని, శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వర భక్తి ఛానల్‌ ద్వారా వాహనసేవలను ప్రసారం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. పరిశుభ్రత విషయంలో ఎక్కడా రాజీ పడకుండా మెరుగ్గా ఉంచాలని సూచించారు. ఎప్పటికప్పుడు భక్తుల నుండి ఫీడ్ బ్యాక్ సేకరించి మరింత మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించాలని అధికారులకు సూచించారు. భద్రతాపరంగా భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తకుండా పటిష్టమైన బందోబస్తు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని భద్రతాధికారులను కోరారు.
