Nandividya Nateswari Promotes Sanatana Values Aong Students- Sri VIjayendra Saraswathi Swamiji

TTD, HDPP and Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Conduct Programme in 100 Schools Across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana 

Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham Pontiff Sri Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamiji said that the 'Nandividya Nateswari' programme was designed with the noble vision of "Taking Dharma to the People" to inspire students with Indian culture, Sanatana Dharma, moral values and traditional arts.

Delivering his blessings virtually from the Indira Priyadarshini Auditorium of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati, Swamiji addressed participants of the programme jointly organised by TTD, Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP) and Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham in 100 schools across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The programme, which combines Mridangam and classical Indian dance, aims to nurture discipline, cultural awareness and ethical values among students. Launched in 50 schools in December 2025, it received an overwhelming response and was expanded to 100 schools this year, including Government schools and TTD educational institutions, with special focus on Tirupati.

Swamiji explained that the name 'Nandividya Nateswari' is derived from the 733rd and 734th names of Sri Lalita Sahasranamam.

The programme, held simultaneously at 100 venues on July 23, received an enthusiastic response from students, teachers and parents.

TTD Supports Dharma Outreach

As part of promoting Sanatana Dharma among the younger generation, HDPP extended financial support to the programme and distributed spiritual books, including Sri Venkateswara Suprabhatam, Vishnu Sahasranamam and Govinda Namalu, free of cost as Pustaka Prasadam.

Eminent Artistes Honoured

On the occasion, TTD EO Sri Muddada Ravichandra and JEO Dr. A. Sharath felicitated Padma Vibhushan Dr. Umayalpuram K. Sivaraman, renowned Mridangam maestro, and noted Bharatanatyam exponent Smt. Revathi Ram Mohan. Their special performances captivated the audience.

Later, the dance ballet 'Ashta Lakshmi Vaibhavam', presented by the faculty, students and alumni of SV College of Music and Dance, Tirupati, received wide appreciation.

A large number of teachers, students and devotees attended the programme.
