TTD MAKES ELABORATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has completed all arrangements for the Independence Day celebrations to be held on August 15.

The celebrations will commence at 8.30 a.m. on Saturday at the Parade Ground in the TTD Administrative Building premises, Tirupati. The venue and stage have been beautifully decorated for the occasion.

After the flag hoisting ceremony, TTD Chairman Sri B.R. Naidu will address the employees.

Later, employees from various departments who have rendered outstanding services in their duties will be honoured with 5-gram silver dollars and certificates of appreciation.

The celebrations will conclude with colourful cultural programmes presented by students of TTD educational institutions and the children of TTD employees.
