Malayappa Rides Chinna Sesha Vahanam as Paduranga Swamy Varu

On the second day of the ongoing Srivari annual Brahmotsavams in Tirumala on the bright sunny Wednesday, Sri Malayappa Swami took out a celestial ride on the five-hooded divine serpent carrier, Chinna Sesha Vahanam as Sri Panduranga Swamy to bless His devotees along four mada streets.

The Vahanam symbolises the spiritual awakening of Kundalini Shakti. Witnessing the deity on the Chinna Sesha Vahanam is believed to relieve mental stress, remove anxiety, and bring peace and health. 

Both the Tirumala pontiffs and TTD officials, a large number of devotees witnessed the procession.
