Malayappa Shines on Suryaprabha

Sri Malayappa Swamy atop the finely decked Suryaprabha Vahanam blessed His devotees.

As a part of ongoing annual Brahmotsavams in Tirumala on Monday morning, the processional deity paraded along four mada streets with majesty.

Suryaprabha Vahanam signifies the universal supremo's bestowal of health, energy, knowledge and spiritual illumination upon devotees. 

It also depicts devotees that the divinity can be experienced through the life-giving presence of the Sun.

Both the Tirumala Pontiffs, TTD EO Dr M Ravi Chandra, Addl EO Sri Venkaiah Chowdary, , JEO’s Dr Sharath, Sri Prabhala Gopinath, CVSO Sri Murali krishna, board members and other officials were present.
