TTD EO Appreciates Cultural Performances During Vahana Sevas

TTD EO Sri Muddada Ravichandra appreciated the cultural teams that performed during the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams and directed officials to felicitate the best-performing teams every day.

On Thursday, during the Simha Vahana Seva, the EO witnessed traditional and folk performances by artists from different parts of the country along the Mada Streets.

Based on their performances, representatives of four teams from Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP), Sri Annamacharya Project, Dasa Sahitya Project and SV College of Music & Dance were appreciated and felicitated.

Speaking on the occasion, the EO said TTD is providing an opportunity for artists from different parts of the country to showcase traditional and folk art forms during the Srivari Brahmotsavams.

He said these performances promote devotion among devotees and create awareness about India’s rich culture and traditions.

The best-performing teams are being recognised and honoured to encourage artists to present more quality, diverse and engaging performances during future Brahmotsavams, he added.

The cultural programmes organised during the Brahmotsavams further enhance the spiritual experience of devotees and showcase the rich diversity of Indian art and culture at Tirumala.
