Hassle-Free Accommodation Allotment Through Sub-Enquiry Offices in Tiurmala

Ensuring hassle-free allotment of accommodation without inconvenience, TTD has streamlined room allotment system through its Sub-Enquiry Offices. 

This system replaces the earlier practice of pilgrims waiting for long hours at the Central Reception Office (CRO), making the process faster and more convenient.

Pilgrims should first register at the Central Reception Office (CRO) in Tirumala. The CRO opens daily at 5.00 a.m., and registrations are being accepted as long as rooms are available.

Pilgrims must submit their original Aadhaar Card or a photocopy, along with their mobile number, at the registration counter.

Registration is completed through the Face Recognition System. 

Pilgrims may choose their preferred room category at the counter.

Category A: Rs.50 & Rs.100 rooms

Category B: Rs.1,000 rooms

After registration, an acknowledgement slip will be issued. Drinking water, Annaprasadam and toilet facilities are available near the allotment queue lines for the convenience of pilgrims.

Guidelines for Room Allotment

•  Applicant must be 21 years or above.

•  A person who has been allotted a room cannot get another room for the next 30 days.

•  Only one member from each family should stand in the queue.

•  Rooms will not be allotted to a single individual or unmarried persons.

After registration, the registration number will be displayed at the display boards in CRO. Once the number appears, pilgrims will receive an SMS within 15 minutes with the allotted room details.

If the SMS is not received despite the registration number appearing on the display board, pilgrims can scan their acknowledgement slip at the Kiosk Machines installed at the CRO to view the room details.

Pilgrims should then visit the respective Sub-Enquiry Office and pay the room tariff only through online payment modes such as PhonePe, Google Pay, UPI, Credit Card or Debit Card. Room keys will be issued after successful payment.

Rules for Pilgrims

•  Rooms are allotted for 24 hours only. If the stay exceeds 24 hours, the tariff will increase to 200%. If it exceeds 48 hours, the tariff will increase to 400%.

Guidelines :

•  Do not waste water or electricity.

•  Plastic water bottles are prohibited in Tirumala.

•  Use the provided water jugs and glasses and keep them clean.

•  Dispose of wet and dry wastes separately in the designated bins.

•  Pilgrims are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

•  The room must be vacated by the pilgrim to whom it was originally allotted. Otherwise, the caution deposit will not be refunded.

•  Transferring an allotted room to another person is strictly prohibited. Violators will face strict action.

TTD appeals to all its pilgrims to follow these guidelines and co operate with the management.

మైసూరు మహారాజు జన్మించిన ఉత్తరాభాద్ర నక్షత్రాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని టీటీడీ జూలై 22వ తేదీన పల్లవోత్సవం నిర్వహించనుంది.

ఇందులో భాగంగా సహస్రదీపాలంకారసేవ అనంతరం శ్రీదేవి, భూదేవి సమేత శ్రీమలయప్పస్వామివారు ఊరేగింపుగా కర్ణాటక సత్రానికి వేంచేపు చేస్తారు. కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రతినిధులు, మైసూరు సంస్థానం ప్రతినిధులు స్వామి, అమ్మవార్లకు ఆహ్వానం పలికి ప్రత్యేక హారతి సమర్పిస్తారు.

మైసూరు మహారాజు జ్ఞాపకార్థం దాదాపు 300 సంవత్సరాల నుండి తిరుమలలో పల్లవోత్సవం జరుగుతోంది. మొదట్లో ఈ ఉత్సవాన్ని తోటోత్సవం అనేవారు. ఈ ఉత్సవంలో కర్ణాటక సత్రాలకు విచ్చేసిన స్వామి, అమ్మవార్లకు పూజలు నిర్వహించి, నైవేద్యం సమర్పించి భక్తులకు ప్రసాదాలు పంపిణీ చేస్తారు.  

చారిత్రక ప్రాశస్త్యం

శ్రీవారికి పరమ భక్తుడైన మైసూరు మహారాజు అచంచలమైన భక్తి భావంతో భూరి విరాళాలు అందించారు. అదేవిధంగా బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలలో శ్రీవారికి ఉపయోగించే గరుడ, గజ, ముత్యపుపందిరి, సర్వభూపాల, అశ్వ, సూర్యప్రభ, చంద్రప్రభ వాహనాలను అందించారు. స్వామివారి వాహనసేవలలో భాగంగా ఐదవ రోజు ఉదయం పల్లకీ ఉత్సవంలో ఉపయోగించే పల్లకీని ప్రత్యేకంగా ఏనుగు దంతాలతో, అద్భుతమైన కళాకృతులతో తయారుచేసి అందించారు.

ప్రతి రోజు తెల్లవారుజామున శ్రీవారి సుప్రభాతసేవకు ముందు మైసూరు సంస్థానం తరపున నవనీతహారతి, శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో అఖండ దీపాలైన బ్రహ్మదీపానికి, మహారాజ దీపానికి ప్రతిరోజూ 5 కేజీల నెయ్యి ఇచ్చే సాంప్రదాయం ఆయన ప్రారంభించగా, అది నేటికీ కొనసాగుతోంది.

మైసూరు మహారాజు జ్ఞాపకార్థం శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో ప్రతినెలా ఉత్తరాభాద్ర నక్షత్రం రోజున రాత్రి 7.30 గంటలకు ప్రత్యేక ఆస్థానం నిర్వహిస్తారు. అదేవిధంగా శ్రీవారికి నిర్వహించే ఉగాది, దీపావళి, ఆణివార ఆస్థానాలలో మైసూరు మహారాజు పేరున  ప్రత్యేక హారతి ఉంటుంది. శ్రీకృష్ణ జన్మాష్టమి సందర్భంగా నిర్వహించే ఉట్లోత్సవం పర్వదినాన కూడా శ్రీమలయప్పస్వామివారు కర్ణాటక సత్రాలకు వేంచేపు చేస్తారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి అధ్యక్షత వహించిన శ్రీ దీవి రాఘవ దీక్షితులు మాట్లాడుతూ, వైఖానస భగవత్ శాస్త్రం వేదాధారితమైనదని, వేదమంత్రాలతో నిర్వహించే వైఖానస ఆరాధన తిరుమల శ్రీవారికి అత్యంత ప్రీతిపాత్రమని చెప్పారు. శ్రీ మరీచి మహర్షి రచించిన విమానార్చనాకల్పం, ఆనంద సంహిత గ్రంథాల్లో ఆరాధన విధానాలను సమగ్రంగా వివరించారని తెలిపారు. నేడు తిరుమలలో నిర్వహిస్తున్న అష్టదళ పాదపద్మారాధన (స్వర్ణ పుష్పార్చన) కూడా మరీచి మహర్షి నిర్దేశించిన శాస్త్ర విధానంలో భాగమేనని పేర్కొన్నారు.

ముఖ్య అతిథి, శ్రీ విఖనస ట్రస్ట్ కార్యదర్శి శ్రీమాన్ గంజాం ప్రభాకర ఆచార్యులు మాట్లాడుతూ, దేవాలయ నిర్మాణం, మండపాల నిర్మాణం, నిత్యారాధనలు, ఉత్సవాల నిర్వహణకు సంబంధించిన శాస్త్ర విధానాలను శ్రీ మరీచి మహర్షి సమగ్రంగా అందించారని తెలిపారు. దేవాలయాలు ధర్మపరమైన, సంస్కారవంతమైన సమాజ నిర్మాణానికి కేంద్రబిందువులని చెప్పారు.

ఎస్‌వీ వేదిక్ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం అధ్యాపకులు శ్రీ యశ్వంత్ దీక్షితులు మాట్లాడుతూ, తిరుమల బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల వైభవం వైఖానస భగవత్ శాస్త్రంలో పేర్కొనబడిందని, ఈ ఉత్సవాలను దర్శించడం అశ్వమేధ యాగ ఫలాన్ని ప్రసాదిస్తుందని తెలిపారు.

ధర్మగిరి వేద విజ్ఞాన పీఠం వైఖానస పండితులు శ్రీ శేషసాయి మాట్లాడుతూ, వైఖానస కల్పసూత్రం మానవ జీవితాన్ని సంస్కారవంతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దే మహోన్నత శాస్త్రమని చెప్పారు. శాస్త్రోక్తంగా నిర్వహించే దేవాలయ పూజలు లోకక్షేమానికి, దేశ సుభిక్షానికి దోహదపడతాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.

పంచబేరాల ఆరాధనకు విమానార్చనాకల్పమే ఆధారం

తిరుమల శ్రీ విఖనస ట్రస్ట్ సంయుక్త కార్యదర్శి శ్రీ శ్రావణ్ కుమార్ మాట్లాడుతూ, తిరుమలలో పంచబేరాల ఆరాధనకు శ్రీ మరీచి మహర్షి రచించిన విమానార్చనాకల్పం మూలగ్రంథమని తెలిపారు. ఈ ఆరాధన ద్వారా కోట్లాది మంది భక్తులపై శ్రీవారి అనుగ్రహం ప్రసరిస్తుందని, ధర్మబద్ధమైన సమాజ నిర్మాణానికి ఇది దోహదపడుతుందని చెప్పారు.

అనంతరం శ్రీమతి గంజాం కావ్యశ్రీ, చి. శ్రీలక్ష్మి ఆద్యలు ఆలపించిన వైఖానస వైభవ గీతాలు సభికులను ఆకట్టుకున్నాయి. అనంతరం శ్రీ ఎన్.వి.వి.ఎన్. దీక్షితులు వందన సమర్పణ చేశారు.

Mareecha Maharshi is revered as a primary disciple of Vikhanasa Maharshi, the pioneer of the Vaikhanasa Shastra. He is considered the author of the Vimanarchana Kalpam, the sacred scripture that dictates the exact rituals and worship methods still followed in the Srivari Temple today, said Sri Deevi Raghava Deekshitulu, President of the Tirumala Sri Vaikhanasa Divya Siddhanta Vivardhini Sabha. 

He was speaking at the Sri Marichi Maharshi Tirunakshatrotsavam, organised jointly along with the TTD Alwar Divya Prabandha Project at Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Saturday evening.

Sri Raghava Deekshitulu said the worship of Sri Venkateswara Swamy at Tirumala has been performed according to the Vaikhanasa Bhagavat Sastra, authored by Sage Sri Vaikhanasa, for thousands of years,  and the procedures prescribed by Sri Marichi Maharshi in the Vimanarchana Kalpam and Ananda Samhita. 

He noted that these sacred texts continue to guide the worship traditions at Tirumala till date.

Scholars Sri Ganjam Prabhakaracharyulu, Sri Yashwanth Deekshitulu, Sri Sesha Sai and Sri Sravan Kumar highlighted the importance of the Vaikhanasa Agama in preserving temple traditions, Sanatana Dharma and the worship of the Pancha Berams at Tirumala. 

Faculty members, Vaikhanasa scholars and students of Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham participated in the programme.
