ADDITIONAL EO REVIEWS TECH-DRIVEN LUGGAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR TIRUMALA

 


The TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary on Tuesday reviewed the proposed technology-based luggage management system for devotees.


The meeting was held at the Sudharma Conference Hall with TTD Vigilance and the representatives of GMR.


During the meeting, the GMR officials presented the new system using a PowerPoint presentation. The system, built on modern BLE 5.1 technology, enables end-to-end tracking of luggage from the time it is accepted from devotees until it is returned to them.


Under this system, luggage will be accepted at Alipiri, tagged, transported to Tirumala by vehicles, stored at GNC, and tracked throughout until devotees collect it. 


The system is designed to handle about 12,000 bags per day and up to 1,800 bags per hour during peak times.


GMR representatives explained that each bag will be fitted with a BLE tag for real-time location tracking. To reduce queues at collection counters, devotees can request their luggage in advance via kiosk or mobile app when they are within about 100 metres from GNC, or directly at the counter.


The proposal also includes digital manifest and GPS-based monitoring of luggage movement from Alipiri to GNC.


All aspects such as occupancy, devotee movement, crowd levels, and service status will be monitored through a single command-and-control system.


Speaking on the occasion, the Additional EO directed officials concerned to ensure faster, more convenient services for devotees while giving high priority to luggage security. He emphasised the need for adequate infrastructure, technology, and staff coordination to manage the system effectively according to pilgrim footfall.

తిరుమలలో భక్తుల సౌకర్యార్థం అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో లగేజీ నిర్వహణ వ్యవస్థలో తీసుకురానున్న మార్పులపై టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరి మంగళవారం తిరుమలలోని పద్మావతి అతిథి గృహంలో గల సుధర్మ సమావేశ మందిరంలో జీఎంఆర్ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులతో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు నూతన విధానం గురించి అదనపు ఈవోకు పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ద్వారా వివరించారు. ఆధునిక BLE 5.1 సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం ఆధారంగా రూపొందించిన ఈ విధానంలో భక్తుల లగేజీని స్వీకరించినప్పటి నుంచి తిరిగి అందజేసే వరకు ప్రతి దశను సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో పర్యవేక్షించే విధానాన్ని వివరించారు.

ఈ విధానం ద్వారా అలిపిరి వద్ద భక్తుల లగేజీని స్వీకరించడం, ట్యాగ్‌ను అనుసంధానం చేయడం, వాహనాల ద్వారా తిరుమలకు తరలించడం, జీఎన్‌సీ వద్ద లగేజీని నిల్వ చేయడం, భక్తులు లగేజీని తిరిగి తీసుకునే వరకు మొత్తం ప్రక్రియను ఎండ్‌-టు-ఎండ్ ట్రాక్ చేసే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

రోజుకు సుమారు 12 వేల బ్యాగులను, రద్దీ సమయాల్లో గంటకు సుమారు 1,800 బ్యాగులను నిర్వహించే విధంగా ఈ వ్యవస్థను రూపొందిస్తున్నట్లు తెలియజేశారు.

ప్రతి లగేజీకి BLE ట్యాగ్‌ను అనుసంధానం చేయడం ద్వారా అది ఏ ప్రాంతంలో ఉందో నిరంతరం గుర్తించే విధానం, భక్తులు లగేజీని తిరిగి పొందే సమయంలో క్యూలను తగ్గించేందుకు ముందస్తు రిక్వెస్ట్ చేసే విధానాన్ని జీఎంఆర్ ప్రతినిధులు వివరించారు. జీఎన్‌సీకి సుమారు 100 మీటర్ల పరిధిలో ఉన్నప్పుడు కియోస్క్ లేదా మొబైల్ యాప్ ద్వారా లగేజీ కోసం రిక్వెస్ట్ చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. అదేవిధంగా నేరుగా కౌంటర్ వద్ద కూడా రిక్వెస్ట్ చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు.

అలిపిరి నుంచి జీఎన్‌సీ వరకు లగేజీ తరలింపును కూడా డిజిటల్ మానిఫెస్ట్, GPS తదితర సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో పర్యవేక్షించే విధానాన్ని ప్రతిపాదించారు. లగేజీ నిర్వహణకు సంబంధించిన ఆక్యుపెన్సీ, భక్తుల రాకపోకలు, రద్దీ, సేవల స్థితి తదితర అంశాలను ఒకే కమాండ్ అండ్ కంట్రోల్ వ్యవస్థ ద్వారా పర్యవేక్షించే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని వివరించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా అదనపు ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ నూతన లగేజీ నిర్వహణ విధానం ద్వారా భక్తులకు మరింత వేగవంతమైన, సౌకర్యవంతమైన సేవలు అందించడంతో పాటు లగేజీ భద్రతకు అధిక ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. భక్తుల రద్దీకి అనుగుణంగా వ్యవస్థను సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు అవసరమైన మౌలిక వసతులు, సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానం, సిబ్బంది సమన్వయంపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టాలని సూచించారు.

శ్రీవారి సాలకట్ల బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలు మరో రెండు వారాల్లో ప్రారంభం కానున్న నేపథ్యంలో తిరుమలలో జరుగుతున్న ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ పనుల పురోగతిపై టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్. వెంకయ్య చౌదరి మంగళవారం సంబంధిత అధికారులతో సమీక్షా సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.

తిరుమలలోని సుధర్మ సమావేశ మందిరంలో జరిగిన ఈ సమీక్షలో సివిల్‌, ఎలక్ట్రికల్‌, వాటర్‌ వర్క్స్‌ తదితర విభాగాలకు సంబంధించిన పనుల పురోగతిని పరిశీలించారు.

టీటీడీ ఇన్‌చార్జి సీఈ శ్రీ మనోహరం, ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ పనుల పురోగతిని అదనపు ఈవోకు వివరించారు. శ్రీవారి ఆలయం, మాడ వీధులు, గ్యాలరీల్లో వైట్‌వాషింగ్‌, పెయింటింగ్‌, బారికేడింగ్‌, మరమ్మతులు, అభివృద్ధి పనులు, పుష్కరిణి గ్రిల్స్‌ పునరుద్ధరణ, వాహనాల ఫిట్‌నెస్‌, వివిధ డ్యామ్‌లలో నీటి నిల్వల స్థాయి, విద్యుత్‌ అలంకరణ, వివిధ విశ్రాంతి భవనాల్లో ఫెసిలిటీ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌ సర్వీసెస్‌ తదితర పనులు దాదాపు పూర్తయ్యాయని, మరికొన్ని పనులు తుది దశలో ఉన్నాయని తెలిపారు.

బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల నాటికి భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి అసౌకర్యం కలగకుండా సివిల్‌ ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ పనులన్నింటినీ వారం రోజుల్లోగా పూర్తి చేయాలని అదనపు ఈవో అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు.

అనంతరం వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల సందర్భంగా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రారంభించనున్న శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వర మ్యూజియానికి సంబంధించిన పనుల పురోగతిని కూడా అదనపు ఈవో సమీక్షించారు.

TTD JEO REVIEWS CONSTRUCTION WORKS AT VENKATPALEM SRIVARI TEMPLE

 


TTD JEO Dr. A. Sharath on Monday inspected the ongoing construction works at Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Venkata Palem in Amaravati.


The JEO reviewed the progress of works on the second Prakaram and four Gali Gopurams and directed the officials to complete them within the scheduled time. He instructed the officials to closely monitor the works, submit regular progress reports and immediately bring any issues to his notice.


Later, the JEO had darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swamy and received His divine blessings. Temple priests offered Veda Asirvachanam and presented Theertha Prasadam.


TTD EE Sri Surendra, Superintendent Sri Mallikarjuna, Temple Inspector Sri Ramakrishna, priests and temple officials participated.

Retired Employees Experience is A Valuable Guide for Generations-TTD EO

 







The rich experience of employees who have rendered dedicated service to TTD for several years is highly valuable to the organisation and can serve as a guide for future generations, said TTD Executive Officer Sri Muddada Ravichandra.


A felicitation programme was organised by the TTD Employees Welfare Department at Mahati Auditorium, Tirupati, on Monday to honour 16 retiring employees. The EO inaugurated the programme by lighting the traditional lamp.


Share Service Experiences with Colleagues


The EO urged retiring employees to document important incidents, challenges and valuable lessons from their service and share them with their colleagues. Such practical knowledge from experienced employees will help future generations perform their duties more effectively, he said.


Retirement Benefits on the Day of Retirement


The EO said TTD has taken steps to complete retirement-related service formalities in advance and ensure that all eligible benefits are provided without delay. Efforts are being made to credit the benefits to employees’ accounts on the day of their retirement itself, he said.


Education and Discipline Lead to Success


The EO advised students to set clear goals, maintain discipline and work hard to achieve success in life. He urged them to value the sacrifices of their parents and give priority to education, which provides better opportunities as well as respect in society.


Retiring Employees Felicitated


The retiring employees were honoured with shawls and presented with Srivari Laddu Prasadam. Vedic scholars blessed them with Veda Ashirvachanam.


JEO (Education & Health) Sri Prabhala Gopinath, Deputy EOs Sri Lokanatham, Sri Anandaraju and Sri Govindaraju, retired officials including EE Sri Jayaram Naik and SV Arts College Principal Sri Venugopal Reddy, TTD employees, family members of the retiring employees and students participated in the programme.

FOLLOW STRICT FOOD-SAFETY MEASURES - ADDL EO TO HOTELIERS

 



TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary has directed all the owners of hotels and food outlets in Tirumala to provide hygienic, high‑quality food to multitude of devotees visiting Tirumala especially during the ensuing twin Brahmotsavams.


Addressing them of Food Safety Measures to be followed in Asthana Mandapam ahead of Brahmotsavams, the Additional EO said,  TTD has run multiple training programmes on kitchen hygiene and food processing over the past two years to all the Hoteliers in Tirumala.


He said henceforth monthly every hotel samples will be tested in the Laboratory for FSSAI standards or else the penalties includes a Rs. 5 lakh fine and possible seizure of the allotted premises. 


Kitchens will be audited and certified for safety standards and said that all Hoteliers should sell as per MRP only. 


The Additional EO also said Health Screening Camps will be organized for Hotel staff.


Earlier FSSAI official Sri Jagadish briefed managers on the regulations.


DyEOs Sri Venkateswarulu, Sri Somannarayana, VGO Sri Surendra were also present.

Kareeristi-Varunajapa-Parjanya Shanti Yagam Commences

 





The Kareeristi-Varunajapa-Parjanya Shanti Yagam commenced on a grand religious note in Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham at Tirumala on Monday.


According to Principal Sri KSS Avadhani, the Yagams are being performed by 32 Ritwiks in the morning, noon and in the evening sessions in different spells.


Among them, a dozen Ritwiks perform Varunajapa and recite Parjanyashanti Mantras standing in the waters of Gogarbham dam.


Another 14 Ritwiks recited the Shlokas from Ramayanam, Mahabharatam and Bhagavatam while remaining perform other rituals.


Faculty and students of Dharmagiri were also present.
