Republic Day Celebrated with Patriotic Fevour

 Tirupati, 26 Jan. 22: The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated with utmost patriotic fervour in TTD Parade Grounds on Wednesday with the Executive Officer Dr KS Jawahar Reddy hoisting the Tricolour National flag.

 

Listing out the series of development activities taken up by TTD in his R-Day speech the EO said, TTD has successfully provided Vaikuntadwara Darshan from January 13-22 to 3.79lakh pilgrims including 6,949 devotees who hailed from backward areas following Covid norms.

 

EO also informed on the recent achievements viz. Go Maha Sammelanam, Gudiko Gomata, Goadharita Vyavasayam, Gopuja, Navaneeta Seva, Panchagavya products, Agarbattis with used flowers in TTD temples, Pavitra Udyanavanams, Dry Flower Technology, Sri Padmavathi Children's Cardiac Hospital, Vengamamba Memorial etc.

 

The EO also said as a part of its mission of protecting Tirumala, TTD has completely banned plastic and is set to launch electric bus services to Tirumala from August onwards.

 

Later the EO also enlisted a series of devotional programmes taken up by TTD including Gita competitions, Adigo Alladigo programme, various Parayanam programmes etc.

 

He said very soon TTD will introduce Venkateswara Vratam and Venkateswara Namakoti for the sake of devotees.

 

The EO also mentioned about various employee’s welfare activities taken up which included Health Scheme, issuance of Smart Cards, appointment of 119 on compassionate grounds etc.

 

He concluded his address seeking the Blessings of Sri Venkateswara Swamy to give enough strength to all to overcome the Covid crisis and dedicate in the service of devotees with more enthusiasm.

 

Earlier the EO participated in the R-Day Parade along with CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti. The cultural programmes by the students of TTD Educational Institutions mused everyone.

 

After the cultural events, the EO has given away merit certificates to 25 senior officers, 150 employees and 05 SVBC employees on the occasion.

 

Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, FACAO Sri Balaji, CEO SVBC Sri Suresh Kumar, Additional CVSO Sri Siva Kumar Reddy and all Heads of departments and employees were also present.

TTD VIG SLEUTHS NAB DALARIS


TTD Vigilance Wing sleuths nab two Dalaris in Tirumala and file a complaint against them in Two Town Police Station at Tirumala.


According to TTD Vigilance, the Vigilance sleuths carried out checking at Rs. 300 scanning point in the above said point on 23rd January and on suspicion enquired one Sri S.Saidulu and six of his relatives from Hyderabad who told them that they paid Rs.5600/- through Google Pay and a cash of Rs.1000/- to one Sri Venu and Sri Vinay towards seven Rs. 300 tickets.


It has been found that Venu works as a private Photographer in Tirumala while Vinay hails from Kadapa. They arranged the devotees seven fake and fabricated tickets by making necessary data alterations.


Following the complaint given by the pilgrims, the TTD Vigilance cops filed a complaint against the two middlemen with the Tirumala police. A case was registered in Cr.no.11/ 2022, U/S 420 & 468 IPC at Tirumala II Town Police Station on Sunday. 


Panchagavya Products Ready for Inauguration on 27th Jan





TTD is set to inaugurate 15 Panchagavya products on January 27.

 

TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam who inspected plant site at DPW stores on Monday, he said, with the efforts of TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy, EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy and Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, TTD has taken up Go protection and promotion on a grand scale.

 

He said as a result, the cow-based Panchagavya products are getting launched on January 27. On the same day, along with the 15 Panchagavya products which are set for the inauguration with the support of the Coimbatore based Ashirvad firm, dry flower technology related products and MoU with different hospitals on cashless treatment to TTD employees will also be carried out, he added.

 

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, Gosala Director Dr Harnath Reddy, VGO Sri Manohar, Additional HO Dr Sunil Kumar were also present.

3.79 Lakh Devotees Given V Day Darshan - TTD

 TTD has during the 10 days Vaikuntha Ekadasi fete given Vaikunta Dwara Darshan to 3.79 lakh devotees between January 13-22 strictly adhering to covid guidelines.

 

Following are highlights of the achievements of TTD during V Day festivities

 

1. 3.79 lakh devotees had Vaikunta Dwara Darshan

 

2. 6949 devotees of SC/ST/BC and fishermen from remote areas were also provided free Vaikunta Dwara Darshan.

 

3. 26,420 devotees came by footpath for VD Darshan

 

4. 1.66 devotees opted for Special Entry Dar (SED) online tickets of 300

 

5. 83,000 devotees came through Slotted Sarva darshan (SSD) free tokens issued by TTD at Tirupati

 

6. 15,465 Srivani trust donors had VD Darshan. 

 

7. Other donors 7917 had VD darshan

 

8. As many as 43,250 Virtual Seva ticket holders also had VD Darshan.

 

9. TTD sold 15.14-lakh laddu Prasadam during VD darshans.

 

10. Hundi contributed scaled to Rs. 21.61 crore during ten days of VD Darshan.

 

SECURITY & VIGILANCE

 

- 500 Srivari Sevakulu, 1000 vigilance and security staff served devotees Daly.

 

- All security arrangements were monitored through the video wall at command control CC networks,

 

- As many as 2.05 lakh devotees luggages were secured at Tirumala counters.

 

- 69,117 vehicles clocked at Tirumala

 

RECEPTION

 

In all 42,809 rooms were occupied by devotees during 10 days of VD Darshan

TTD gathered revenue of Rs. 4.68 crore

 

KALYANA KATTA

 

As many as 1.23 devotees got their head tonsured to redeem their vow. 263 lady barbers, 851 men barbers totally 1114 of them served in 10 Kalyana kattas.

 

ANNA PRASADAM

 

In all 4.58 lakh devotees served Anna Prasadam and snacks at Matrusri Vengamamba Anna Prasadam Bhavan.

 

14,643 provided milk/tea and coffee during Vaikunta Ekadasi and Dwadasi days.

 

IT

 

The TTD I.T Department with cloud technology successfully organised Darshan tickets to all without any hassles.

 

APSRTC

 

The APSRTC operated 6640 trips for 1.81 devotees in upward journey abs 6256 trips for 1.84 lakh devotees during VD Darshan days,

 

HEALTH

 

TTD deployed 1100 health sanitary workers for clearing 4.25 tones of garbage daily

 

MEDICAL

 

As many as 13,829 devotees were provided medical services.

 

ENGINEERING

 

GHAT ROADS REVIVAL:

 

2 Ghat road damaged during November 17 &18 landslides and heavy rains were repaired at a cost of Rs.1.30 crore on war footing ahead of VD Darshan.

 

Works are progressing at Srivari Mettu at a cost of Rs. 3.60 crores.

 

HANDBOOK MANUAL ON DISASTER MANAGEMENT

 

TTD is preparing a manual for assessment and precautionary steps during disasters to save property and human lives a separate control room is also being set up.

 

GARDEN DEPARTMENT

 

As part of VD preparations the Srivari temple was majestically electronically and flower decorations as a cynosure to match Vaikunta with 3 tonnes of traditional and 3.5 lakh cut flowers.

 

SVBC TELECAST

 

The SVBC channel made a live telecast of all programs including Bhagavadgita Akhanda parayanams on January 13 and the Vishnu Sahasranama parayanams from January 14th onwards,

 



Nava Kundatmaka Sri Yagam at Tiurchanoor

 The Sri Yagam organised by the TTD for global harmony and prosperity at the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple, Tiruchanoor, entered the third day on Sunday and rituals continued at the Sri Krishna Mukta mandapam in ekantha as per covid guidelines and is telecasted live for benefit of devotees.

 

On Sunday the rituals of chatustapan Archana, homas, laghu purnahuti, maha nivedaba, harati, Veda vinnapam were performed for utsava idols of Goddess Padmavati. After similar rituals in the evening, the utsava idols are returned to the sanctum.

 

TTD DyEO Smt Kasturi bai, AEO Sri Prabhakar Reddy, Archakas Sri Babu Swamy, Sri Vempalli Srinivasan were present.

TTD Addl Eo Inspection at Tirumala

 TTD Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy inspected various places in Tirumala on Friday.


He directed the officials concerned to take up sanitization at regular intervals and ensure cleanliness at all places in Tirumala.


The Additional EO also inspected Govinda Nilayam, Annaprasadam Complex premises etc. and made some valuable suggestions to the officials concerned.

CE Sri Nageswara Rao, EEs Sri Jaganmohan Reddy, Sri Surendranath Reddy, Health Officer Dr Sridevi, Estates Officer Sri Mallikarjuna, DE Sri Ravishankar Reddy and others were also present.
