TTD to Revise the List of Its Immovable Properties in Tirupati - TTD Eo



TTD will revise the list of its immovable properties duly correcting the duplication of extents as well as the sub divisions in some of the Survey Numbers and furnish the details through the Commissioner of Endowments to Registration Department for publishing the same in IGRS Website, said TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.


After the “Dial Your EO” programme at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday, talking to media persons, the EO clarified on the issue that, the list of immovable properties pertaining to TTD will be kept in abeyance until furnishing the revised details. 


He said, it was verified in the IGRS website, that most of the extents in various survey numbers situated in Tirupati Mandal, Tirupati Division of Tirupati District, repeated several times resulting in the duplication of extents. To avoid the inconvenience to the public, since the extents repeated several times in IGRS Website, that has to be corrected and revised until that time is kept in abeyance", he added. 


The EO said, “of the 960 immovable properties of TTD extending in an area of 7126.85 Acres across the country, 690 properties to the tune of 6657.43 Acres are located in the State of Andhra Pradesh only. Out of which, about 3663 Acres are present in Tirupati alone. Of these, 584 Acres are under dispute and covered under various Court Cases. The extents are repeated and duplicated in several Survey Nos. on IGRS website. To avoid inconvenience to the public, the revised list with sub-divisions duly removing the duplications, will be submitted to the Commissioner Endowments", he reiterated.


Donation to SVBC Trust



A Chennai-based Rohini Enterprises Company has donated Rs.10lakhs to TTD SVBC Trust on Friday.


On behalf of the company, its representative Sri Raghavendra has handed over the DD for the same amount to TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala.


JEO(H&E) Smt Sada Bhargavi, CEO SVBC Sri Shanmukh Kumar were also present.

Teppotsavam Commences














The annual Teppotsavams commenced on a grand religious note in Tirumala on a pleasant evening on Friday.


Sri Sita Lakshmana sameta Sri Ramachandra Murty took out a celestial ride on the finely decked float on the sacred waters of Swami Pushkarini.


The devotees who thronged the Pushkarini to catch a glimpse of the deities were mesmerized by their divine charm.


TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, SE 2 Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, Deputy EO Sri Ramesh Babu, Garden Deputy Director Sri Srinivasulu, VGO Sri Bali Reddy and others were also present.


Divya Darshan Tokens for Non-Ticket Holderas Soon - TTD Eo



TTD is contemplating to resume Divya Darshan to those who do not possess any tokens or tickets for Srivari darshan, said TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.


During the monthly, "Dial your EO '' program held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday the EO received calls from 26 pilgrim callers hailing from various states across the country. Reacting to a couple of callers who sought EO to resume Divya Darshan tokens on both the footpath routes, the EO said, even the darshan ticket holders also trek the Alipiri and Srivari Mettu footpath routes. So to avoid issuance of Divya Darshan tokens to the pilgrims who already possess SSD, SED, VIP break or Arjita Seva tickets, we have done a survey to find the count. About 60% of pilgrims are found trekking the footpaths without any tokens. So we will soon design an app and resume issuance of DD tokens", he said.


Two more callers brought to the notice of EO about the non receiving of any accommodation confirmation message though the amount was paid in UPI mode, to which the EO said, the issue will be looked at by the IT team of TTD and sorted out soon.


Pilgrim Callers also suggested EO to accept only Adhaar while booking electronic dip tickets as some devotees are making multiple ticket bookings with Voter Id also. Welcoming their suggestion, the EO said it will be implemented to enable Arjita Seva tickets in electronic dip to more number of devotees.


The EO also replied another caller Sri Venkataramakrishna from Hyderabad who expressed doubts on overload of server as TTD has released three months quota of Arjita Seva tickets online at one go, saying that TTD resumed the old system of releasing three months quota of Arjita seva tickets online that existed before Covid. "Now we are releasing more tickets through Cloud on the Jio platform to avoid any technical issues", he added.


Pilgrim callers Sri Suresh from Salem and Sri Sudhakar from Guntakal appreciated TTD for introducing RFT in accommodation. 


Another caller Sri Trimurtulu from Anakapalle brought to the notice of EO about the sale of eatables in plastic covers inside Vaikuntham Queue Complex by some vendors in spite of a ban on Plastic in Tirumala. Reacting to the query, the EO said, the Vigilance sleuths will be directed to enhance vigil to avoid such activities.


Later the EO said, about 18.42lakh devotees had darshan in the month of February while the Hundi collections stood at Rs.114.29crores, 92.96lakh laddus were sold out, while 34.06lakhs had Annaprasadam and 7.21lakh devotees offered tonsuring.

₹ 10 Lakhs Donated



TTD's Sri Venkateswara Vidyadana Trust has received Rs.10,01,016 as donation on Thursday.


Tirupati based devotee Sri Srinivasa Jagadeesh Chandra has handed over the   DD for the same to TTD JEO(H&E) Smt Sada Bhargavi at Sri Padmavathi Rest House.


DEO Sri Bhaskar Reddy was also present.

Eo Verifies FRT







TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy on Thursday verified the functioning of Face Recognition Technology introduced by TTD on Wednesday for the benefit of devotees in an experimental manner.


EO inspected ARP, CRO, MBC 34, SMC, TBC sub-enquiry offices where accommodation is being allotted.


Speaking to the media, he said this technology will help root out the Dalari system at SSD, Laddu counters and Refund centres. "With FRT the rotation of rooms shall be completely avoided and transparency can be enhanced in the allotment of rooms to devotees", he added.


Similarly in VQC 2 every devotee going for Sarva Darshan will be provided with a Rs.50/- laddu free of cost. To avoid the misuse of these laddus also this technology is used, the EO maintained.

Sri Sita Ramula Alankara Kalyanam Held








Sri Sita Rama Alankara Kalyanam was held with spiritual ecstasy at Vasanta Mandapam in Tirumala on Thursday evening.


As the Sita Rama Kalyanam episode is to commence in Balakanda Parayanam soon, the celestial marriage was performed in this connection.


The event was telecasted live on SVBC between 6pm and 8pm for the sake of global devotees.


The deities of Sri Ramachandra Murty and Sri Sita Devi were brought and the celestial fete was observed jointly under the aegis of Dharmagri Veda Vignana Peetham and SVBC.


CEO SVBC Sri Shanmukh Kumar, Deputy EO Sri Ramesh Babu, devotees also participated.

Face Recognition Technology from 1st March






TTD set to introduce Facial Recognition Technology on an experimental basis at Vaikuntham 2 and in Accommodation Management System from March 1 onwards.


The idea is to enhance transparency in tokenless darshan and allotment of rooms providing more effective services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims.


This new tech system will be used to prevent a person from procuring more tokens in Sarva Darshan Complex and also at the Caution Deposit refund counters.


Trail Run of Teppa Held

n view of the annual Teppotsavam between March 3-7, a trial run of Teppa was held on Tuesday.


The engineering, temple and vigilance officials verified the fitness of Teppa.

Seminar on Students Security





An Awareness Programme on Students'  Security was held at SV Ayurvedic College in Tirupati.


SETWIN CEO Sri Murali Krishna who graced the event as the Chief Guest, in his address, said the various ill effects of using drugs, cybercrime, eve teasing and Disha Law. He cautioned the students to keep away from drugs as they would ruin their future and career. 


Disha Police Smt Swati and Smt Asha threw light on the incidents of Cyber Crime and alerted the students of the various frauds and how many students are destroying their lives by involving in eve teasing etc. They also informed them about the punishments in the legal system against the culprits when proved guilty, "Every girl student should download the Disha App on their mobiles for their personal safety", they asserted.


SV Ayurvedic College Principal Dr Murali Krishna, faculty Dr Sundaram, Dr Venkatasivudu, Dr Raj Kumar, Dr Gopalakrishnaiah, Disha Police Smt Revati, Smt Swapna and others were also present.


Two Year-Old Infant Donates Heart to One Year Old

 The TTD-run exclusive Paediatric Cardiac Hospital, Sri Padmavati Children’s Heart Centre (SPCHC) located at the lotus feet of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, added one more feather in its cap by successfully performing second Heart Transplantation on a 13 months old baby.


Sharing the details with the media on Monday during a press conference held at the Hospital, TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy said that the 13 months infant belongs to Macherla town of Guntur district ailing with heart disease was first reported at a Private hospital in Vijayawada and later was brought to SPCHC  three months ago. Upon the Doctors' advice got admitted under Jeevandan.


Dr Srinath Reddy, the Director of SPCHC received an information about a brain dead two-year child at MGM Hospital in Chennai which was ready for heart donation and co-ordinated with Dr Rambabu, in-charge of AP Jeevandan organisation for getting the heart to Tirupati in an ambulance provided by TTD.


Meanwhile the 13 months infant was readied for transplant after Covid and other tests at 10.30pm on Sunday night. The Doctors team from SPCHC collected the heart from the Chennai hospital and left for Tirupati, reaching the hospital within 2.15hours journey without Green Corridor.


Dr Srinath Reddy and his team of Doctors performed the transplant operation for five hours. The transplant operation costing 30 lakhs was done freely under TTDs SV Pranadana Trust and AP Government's Arogyasri program in a successful manner. The baby will be discharged after 3 days of observation in ICU, EO added.


The EO recalled that this one is the second of its kind while the first Heart Transplantation took place on January 20 where a teenager Vishweshwar of KSR Agraharam in Chitwel mandal of Annamaiah district was successfully operated and discharged on Monday.


Dr Srinath Reddy said in last 15 months so far 1150 patients hailing from AP, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, West Bengal and Bangladesh underwent heart operations.

JHARKHAND BOY GETS HEART TREATMENT


A three-month baby of Smt Luksar Parveen from Ranchi of Jharkhand was given heart treatment successfully 15 days ago at SPCHC. When the mother of the baby approached Vellore CMC Hospital for heart treatment, they referred her to SPCHC. The mother expressed immense happiness and thanked the Doctors' team for treating and making her baby gain health.







Ananthavaram Brahmotsavams



The annual brahmotsavams in Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple at Anantavaram will be observed between March 4 and 7 with Ankurarpanam on March 4.


In the auspicious Meena Lagnam, Dhwajarohanam will be observed on March 5 at 7:45am. Important days includes Aswa Vahanam on March 5, Shanti Kalyana Mahotsavam on March 6, Gauda Seva and Dhwajavarohanam on March 7.


While Pushpa Yagam will be observed on March 8.


Panchagavya Products on TTD APP - TTD Eo





The Panchagavya products by TTD which are already made available on the e-platform should also be made available on the new mobile app of TTD for the sake of devotees, said TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy.

 

A review meeting on Panchagavya items and Parakamani was held at Sri Padmavathi Rest House in Tirupati on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, the EO directed the officials concerned to include the information on the TTD mobile app also which will reach more number of devotees. "10 out of 15 Panchagavya products have a huge demand from the masses. More publicity on the products is needed in this regard", he added.


The EO also instructed the officials concerned to come out with more attractive photo frames of deities in Dry Flower Technology in all sizes.


Earlier, the EO also reviewed with various bankers over the status of Parakamani activities in Tirumala and in Tirupati and directed the officials concerned to ensure that there is no pending in the counting and accounting of currencies.

TTD Publications for Common Public - Finance Minister of AP






The TTD publications should be understandable even to a common man and the present generation so that the motto of Hindu Sanatana Dharma shall be taken forward in a wide spread manner among youth, said the Honourable Finance Minister of AP Sri Buggana Rajendranath Reddy.


A meeting was held at the TTD Publications Office in Tirupati on Sunday along with the JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi and other scholars.


Speaking on the occasion, the Minister lauded the efforts of TTD in bringing out varieties of spiritual books in different languages and said TTD alone can do such a great work. 


"These books by eminent scholars need to be simplified to reach a common man and today's youth so that we can take forward Dharma Prachara with more focus", he added.


He also suggested to adopt advanced technology methods in publications on par with private publishers. "The publications of TTD are the best source of Hindu Dharma Prachara and we should utilize it in the best possible manner", he reiterated.


JEO informed the Minister that many renowned scholars have voluntarily come forward to contribute their knowledge in bringing out publications. "So far 1200 publications are made available on TTD website also. We will keep our publications at Airport as per the advice of the Honourable Minister", she maintained.

Annual Teppotsavams in Tirumala from 3rd March to 7th March



The annual five-day Teppotsavams in Tirumala are scheduled between March 3 to 7.


Everyday evening, Sri Malayappa in different guises will take a celestial ride over the finely decked float on the sacred waters of Swami Pushkarini between 7pm and 8pm.


On the first day Sri Sita Lakshmana Anjaneya sameta Sri Ramachandra, second day Sri Rukmini sameta Sri Krishna and on last three days, Sri Malayappa along with Sridevi and Bhudevi grace the devotees on Teppa.


TTD has cancelled arjita seva including Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on March 3 and 4, Arjita Brahotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on March 5, 6 and 7. While Tomala and Archana will be performed in Ekantam.

Sri Kodandarama Swamy Vari Temple Brahmotsavams




The annual brahmotsavams in Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple will be observed between March 20 and 28 in Tirupati with Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam on March 17 and Ankurarpanam on March 19.


The important days includes, Dhwajarohanam on March 20, Garuda Seva on March 24, Rathotsavam on March 27 and Chakrasnanam on March 28.

TTD School Inks Pact with Singhania Education Trust

 TTD SCHOOL INKS PACT WITH SINGHANIA EDUCATION TRUST 

 

TIRUMALA, 25 FEBRUARY 2023: In a major initiative, the TTD-run Sri Venkateswara Elementary and High School at Tirumala entered MoU with the country's most acclaimed Smt Sulochana Devi Singhania School Trust on Saturday evening.

 

The pact took place in the presence of TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy at his Bunglow in Tirumala between TTD DEO Dr Bhaskar Reddy on behalf of TTD Educational Institutions and Singhania Education Trust Honorary Secretary Sri Arun Mahesh Agarwal along with Smt Revati Srinivasan, Director, Singhania Group of Schools.

 

Speaking on the occasion the EO expressed his confidence that this would definitely impact on enhancing education standards of the students making the school to the top position in India. He urged the Singhania Education Group representatives to improve the quality of education by imparting best training to the teachers in digital learning, teaching tactics, analytical skills etc. "You concentrate and take over the Academics while we provide you the entire infrastructure. We want the school to be the best role model in the entire country in Academics", EO reiterated. 

 

The Singhania Education Trust representatives assured that they will do their best in imparting qualitative education with trained faculty. Finish 3rd Phase Works of Srinivasa Sethu on Fast Track - TTD Eo





TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy urged officials concerned to coordinate with Railway officials and finish the pending works of Srinivasa Sethu like installing of six steel girders on a fast track by April 15.

 

Addressing a review meeting along with Tirupati Municipal Commissioner Smt Anupama Anjali at TTD Administrative Building on Saturday, TTD EO said 89% of works on Srinivas Sethu were completed and the remaining works to be cleared on a fast pace so as to commission the Sethu by May 15.

 

Among others, he instructed officials to speed up and complete the pavement works for pedestrians, greenery works at MS Subbulakshmi Circle, other painting works etc.
