Blessings of Lord Sita, Rama and Lakshmana on Hamsa Vahanam

 









As part of the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple in Vontimitta, on the second day (Saturday), Lord Sita, Rama, and Lakshmana blessed devotees while riding on the Hamsa Vahanam from 7 PM onwards.


Amid devotional fervor, groups of devotees performed chekka bhajans and kolatam, singing the glory of the Lord. Accompanied by traditional musical instruments, the procession moved grandly through the temple streets. Devotees offered karpoora harathi at every step and had the divine darshan of the Lord.


The spiritual significance of the Hamsa Vahanam lies in the concept of atma-anatma viveka (discrimination between the self and the non-self). Just as the swan (hamsa) is believed to possess the ability to separate milk from water, it symbolizes the wisdom to distinguish truth from illusion. By removing ego and instilling the attitude of “Dasoham” (servitude to the Lord), the Lord mounts the Hamsa Vahanam, which represents the supreme state of realization (Paramahamsa).


Temple Deputy EO Smt. Prashanti, Superintendent Sri Hanumanthaiah, Temple Inspector Sri Naveen, and others participated in the event.

ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీ కోదండరామస్వామివారి వార్షిక బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో భాగంగా రెండో రోజు శనివారం రాత్రి 7 గంటల నుండి హంస వాహనంపై శ్రీ సీతారామలక్ష్మణులు భక్తులను క‌టాక్షించారు.


భక్తజన బృందాల చెక్కభజనలు, కోలాటాలతో స్వామివారిని కీర్తిస్తుండగా, మంగళవాయిద్యాల నడుమ పురవీధుల్లో వాహనసేవ కోలాహలంగా జరిగింది. భక్తులు అడుగడుగునా కర్పూరహారతులు సమర్పించి స్వామివారిని దర్శించుకున్నారు.


ఆత్మానాత్మ వివేకం కలవానికి భగవదనుగ్రహం సంపూర్ణంగా కలుగుతుంది. హంస వాహనంలోని పరమార్థం ఇదే. హంసలో పాలను, నీళ్లను వేరుచేసే సామర్థ్యం ఉంది. భక్తులలో అహంభావం తొలగించి ‘దాసోహం’ అనే భావం కలిగించడానికే పరమహంస రూపానికి ప్రతీక అయిన హంసవాహనాన్ని స్వామివారు అధిరోహిస్తారు.


ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆలయ డిప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీ ప్రశాంతి, సూపరింటెండెంట్‌ శ్రీ హ‌నుమంత‌య్య‌, టెంపుల్‌ ఇన్‌స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీ న‌వీన్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Field Inspection on Arrangements for Vontimitta Kalyanotsavam

 












On Saturday, TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. VenkaiahChowdary, along with Kadapa District Collector Sri Cherukuri Sridhar, TTD JEO Sri Veerabrahmam, District SP Sri Sachiket Vishwanath, and TTD CVSO Sri Muralikrishna, conducted a field level inspection of the arrangements for the grand Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam scheduled to be held on April 1 at Vontimitta.


As part of the Kalyanotsavam, Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu and his spouse will offer Pattu Vastrams to Sri Kodandarama Swamy. In this connection, officials inspected the Kalyana Vedika, helipad, and temple surroundings.


Later, the Additional EO and District Collector held a coordination meeting with TTD and district officials at a nearby conference hall.


Addressing the officials, the Additional EO emphasized the need for coordination among all departments to ensure the successful conduct of the event. He directed that the Command Control Room function efficiently to prevent any inconvenience to devotees.


He stated that feedback will be collected from devotees across various departments regarding the arrangements, and necessary measures will be taken to resolve issues promptly. He instructed the administrative machinery to remain alert and ensure smooth execution of the Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam.


The District Collector also reviewed preparedness with officials from engineering, electrical, police, fire services, NDRF, medical, APSRTC, and public relations departments, directing them to be fully prepared for the event.


Considering the summer heat and possible dehydration among devotees, medical teams were instructed to keep necessary medicines and ambulances ready.


Arrangements for distribution of Annaprasadam, drinking water, and buttermilk to devotees were also emphasized.


TTD, district, and police officials participated in the program.

ఒంటిమిట్ట కళ్యాణోత్సవ ఏర్పాట్లపై క్షేత్రస్థాయి పరిశీలన vontimitta

 









ఏప్రిల్ 1వ తేదిన ఒంటిమిట్టలో అత్యంత ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా జరగనున్న శ్రీ సీతారాముల కళ్యాణం ఏర్పాట్లపై శనివారం టీటీడీ అదనపు ఈవో శ్రీ సి.హెచ్.వెంకయ్య చౌదరి కడప జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ శ్రీ చెరుకూరి శ్రీధర్, టీటీడీ జేఈవో శ్రీ వీరబ్రహ్మం, జిల్లా ఎస్పీ శ్రీ సచికేత్ విశ్వనాథ్, టీటీడీ సీవీఎస్వో శ్రీ మురళీకృష్ణలతో కలిసి క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలించారు.


కళ్యాణోత్సవం సందర్భంగా ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీ కోదండ రామస్వామి వారికి రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు శ్రీ నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు దంపతులు పట్టు వస్త్రాలు సమర్పించనున్న నేపథ్యంలో కళ్యాణ వేదిక, హెలిప్యాడ్, ఆలయం వద్ద ఏర్పాట్లను పరిశీలించారు.


అనంతరం అదనపు ఈవో, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ కలిసి టీటీడీ, జిల్లా అధికారులతో ఆలయ సమీపంలో ఉన్న సమావేశ మందిరంలో సమన్వయ సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా అదనపు ఈవో అధికారులతో మాట్లాడుతూ అధికారులందరూ సమన్వయం చేసుకుని సమిష్టిగా పనిచేసి కార్యక్రమాన్ని విజయవంతం చేయాలని అన్నారు‌. భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి సమస్య తలెత్తకుండా కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ రూమ్ సమర్థవంతంగా పని చేయాలని చెప్పారు.


ఏర్పాట్లపై భక్తుల నుండి విభాగాల వారీగా అభిప్రాయాలు సేకరిస్తామని తెలిపారు. ప్రతి చిన్న సమస్యను ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిష్కరించే విధంగా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. కార్యాచరణ సమర్థవంతంగా ఉండేలా అధికార యంత్రాంగం అప్రమత్తంగా ఉంటూ శ్రీ సీతారాముల కళ్యాణాన్ని విజయవంతం చేయాలని తెలియజేశారు.


ఈ సందర్భంగా ఇంజినీరింగ్, ఎలక్ట్రికల్, పోలీసు, ఫైర్, ఎన్డీఆర్ఎఫ్, వైద్య, ఏపీఎస్ఆర్టీసీ, ప్రజా సంబంధాల శాఖ తదితర వివిధ విభాగాల అధికారులతో జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ మాట్లాడుతూ కళ్యాణోత్సవానికి పూర్తి సన్నద్ధతతో సమాయత్తంగా ఉండాలన్నారు.


ఎండ తీవ్రతకు భక్తులు డీహైడ్రేషన్ కు గురయ్యే అవకాశం ఉండటంతో వైద్యులు ముందు జాగ్రత్తగా అందుకు తగిన విధంగా మందులు, అంబులెన్సులు అందుబాటులో ఉంచుకోవాలన్నారు.  భక్తులకు అన్న ప్రసాదాలు, తాగునీరు, మజ్జిగ పంపిణీ చేసేందుకు పూర్తిస్థాయి ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.


ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో టీటీడీ, జిల్లా మరియు పోలీసు అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Grand Procession of Mutyala Talambralu

 





On Saturday morning, as part of the Sri Sitaramula Kalyanam celebrations, the Mutyala Talambralu (pearls used in the sacred wedding ritual) were taken out in a grand procession at Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati.


First, special pujas were performed for the pearls by TTD officials at the Treasury Department in the TTD Administrative Building.


Later, the pearls were ceremoniously handed over to the temple’s chief priest, Sri Anand Kumar Deekshitulu, and carried in a procession on an ambari (decorated elephant mount). The procession passed through Teerthakatta Street, Gandhi Road, Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple South Mada Street, and Bazaar Street, before reaching the temple.


Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna, Temple Inspector Sri Suresh, other officials, Srivari Sevaks, and a large number of devotees participated in the event.

ఘనంగా ముత్యాల తలంబ్రాల ఊరేగింపు talambralu

 





తిరుపతి శ్రీ కోదండరామాలయంలో శ్రీ సీతారాముల కల్యాణాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని శనివారం ఉదయం ముత్యాల తలంబ్రాల ఊరేగింపు ఘనంగా జరిగింది. 


ముందుగా టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలోని ఖజానా విభాగంలో టిటిడి అధికారులు ముత్యాలకు ప్రత్యేక పూజలు నిర్వహించారు.


అనంతరం ముత్యాలను ఊరేగింపుగా తీసుకొచ్చి శ్రీ కోదండరామాలయ ప్రధాన అర్చకులు శ్రీ ఆనందకుమార్‌ దీక్షితులకు అందించారు. అక్కడినుండి అంబారీపై ముత్యాలను ఊరేగింపుగా తీసుకెళ్లారు. ఈ ఊరేగింపు తీర్థకట్ట వీధి, గాంధీ రోడ్డు,  శ్రీగోవిందరాజస్వామివారి ఆలయ దక్షిణ మాడ వీధి, బజారు వీధి గుండా ఆలయానికి చేరుకుంది. 


ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఆలయ డెప్యూటీ ఈవో శ్రీమతి నాగరత్న, టెంపుల్‌ ఇన్‌స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీ సురేష్ , ఇతర అధికారులు, శ్రీవారి సేవకులు, విశేష సంఖ్యలో భక్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Grand Celebration of Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam

 











The sacred Sri Sitaramula Kalyanam was celebrated with grandeur on Saturday night at Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Tirupati. TTD Executive Officer Sri M. Ravichandra participated in the ceremony.


The priests first performed Punyahavachanam, Sadyah Ankurarpanam, Rakshabandhanam, and Visesha Aradhana. This was followed by Rakshabandhanam, Agni Pratishtha, Madhuparkam, Kanyadanam, Mahasankalpam, Mangalyapuja, Mangalyadharana, Ukta Homams, Poornahuti, Nivedana, Akshatarohanam, Mutyala Talambralu Samarpana, Visesha Nivedana, Malamarpidi, Harati, Chaturveda Parayanam, and Vedic blessings to the Yajamani. After the rituals, the divine couple’s procession was held in the temple premises.


Presentation of Ornaments from Tirumala Temple


On this occasion, Sri Venkateswara Temple, Tirumala presented ornaments worth ₹62.44 lakhs — including a golden Gajalakshmi medallion and two silver lamp pillars.


These were brought by Tirumala officials — Peskar Ramakrishna and Bokkasa In-charge Sri Gururaj Swamy — and handed over to the temple’s Deputy EO Smt. Nagaratna.


Temple Inspector Sri Suresh and a large number of devotees participated in the event.
