Ankurarpanam for Thallapaka Brahmotsavams on 24th July

The Ankurarpanam for the annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Chennakesava Swamy and Sri Siddheswara Swamy temples at Tallapaka, the birthplace of Saint Annamacharya, will be held on July 24. The Brahmotsavams will be celebrated from July 25 to August 2, followed by Pushpayagam on August 3.

The festivities include Dwajarohanam, daily Vahana Sevas, Garuda Seva, Rathotsavam, Kalyanotsavam, Parveta Utsavam, Chakrasnanam, Vasanthotsavam, and Dhwajavarohanam. Special Arjitha Kalyanotsavam will be held on July 30 in both temples.

Devotional discourses, Harikatha, and spiritual music programmes will also be organised daily by the TTD Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad and Annamacharya Project during the festival.
