Grand Granthi Pavitra Samarpanam Perforemed at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple

The annual Pavitrotsavams at Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple in Tirupati are being conducted with spiritual fervour. As part of the festivities, the Granthi Pavitra Samarpana ritual was performed on Monday in a grand manner amid Vedic chanting and traditional temple music.

The day's rituals began with Suprabhata Seva, followed by Pavitra Abhishekam to the presiding deity. Later, Nitya Homam, Granthi Pavitra Samarpana, and special rituals to the main deity were performed as per Agama traditions.

A large number of devotees participated in the sacred rituals and sought the blessings of Lord Kapileswara Swamy. Special pujas, homam, and Laghu Poornahuti will be conducted at the Yagasala in the evening.

Temple Deputy Executive Officer Smt. Nagaratna, Superintendent Sri Chandrasekhar, temple priests, officials, staff, and devotees took part in the programme.
