Role of Srivari Seva Groups Supervisors in Highly Crucial - TTD Addl Eo

The role of Group Supervisors in the Srivari Seva programme of TTD is highly crucial, said TTD Additional Executive Officer Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary. He was the Chief Guest at the inaugural session of the second phase of the Srivari Seva Group Supervisors Training Programme, held at Seva Sadan-2 in Tirumala on Thursday morning.

Addressing the participants, the Additional EO said that the Srivari Seva programme was first launched by TTD in the year 2000 during the tenure of Hon'ble Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. He stated that TTD is now conducting a special training programme for Group Supervisors so that Srivari Sevaks can be trained in their respective regions. He informed that around 1,400 supervisors were trained in the first batch, while 2,600 supervisors are being trained in the second phase.

He said that a comprehensive and highly useful training module has been developed with the support of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The training material has been designed to impart both spiritual values and managerial skills. He urged the Group Supervisors to thoroughly understand the training material and effectively guide the Srivari Sevaks.

The Additional EO advised the Srivari Sevaks to clearly understand their responsibilities and serve devotees with dedication, patience, and compassion. He said the training programme would help them gain a thorough understanding of the TTD system and enable them to play a key role in guiding devotees by providing accurate information.

Head of Srivari Seva Department Dr. T. Ravi, Srivari Seva trainers Dr. S.L.N.T. Srinivas, Dr. Sharath Kumar, Sri Polamada Ramesh Babu, and Srivari Seva staff were also present on the occasion.
