In view of the Srivari Salakatla Brahmotsavams scheduled to be held from September 15 to 23, TTD Additional EO Sri Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary inspected the ongoing repair works at Srivari Pushkarini on Monday.

During the inspection, he instructed the officials to install grills at appropriate locations to ensure the safety and convenience of devotees. 

He also directed them to install signboards indicating the depth of the Pushkarini at suitable locations.

SE Sri Venugopal, Dy EO Sri Bhaskar, EEs Sri Sudhakar and Sri Srinivasa Rao, DE Sri Chandra Sekhar, VGO Sri Surendra and other officials participated in the inspection.

వాల్మీకిపురం శ్రీ పట్టాభిరామస్వామివారి పట్టాభిషేక మహోత్సవాలు సోమవారం సాయంత్రం సేనాధిపతి ఉత్సవం, అంకురార్పణ కార్యక్రమాలతో శాస్త్రోక్తంగా ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆలయంలో ప్రత్యేక పూజలు నిర్వహించారు.

ఇందులో భాగంగా ఆగస్టు 18న ఉదయం యాగశాల పూజ, ఉదయం 10 గంటలకు స్నపన తిరుమంజనం ఘనంగా నిర్వహిస్తారు. సాయంత్రం 5 గంటలకు ఊంజల్‌సేవ, 6.30 గంటలకు శ్రీ సీతారాముల శాంతి కళ్యాణం, రాత్రి 8 గంటలకు హనుమంత వాహనసేవ నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

ఆగస్టు 19న ఉదయం యాగశాల పూజ, 6.30 గంటలకు స్నపన తిరుమంజనం నిర్వహిస్తారు. అనంతరం ఉదయం 10 గంటలకు శ్రీరామ పట్టాభిషేక మహోత్సవాన్ని వైభవంగా నిర్వహిస్తారు. సాయంత్రం 6 గంటలకు ఊంజల్‌సేవ, రాత్రి 7.30 గంటలకు గరుడ వాహనంపై శ్రీ పట్టాభిరామస్వామివారు విహరించి భక్తులకు దర్శనమిస్తారు. అనంతరం మహాపూర్ణాహుతి, కుంభోద్వాసన, కుంభప్రోక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తారు.

గృహస్తులు (ఇద్దరు)  రూ.300/- చెల్లించి శ్రీరామ పట్టాభిషేక ఆర్జిత సేవలో పాల్గొనవచ్చు. సేవలో పాల్గొనే గృహస్తులకు ఒక ఉత్తరీయం, ఒక రవికెతో పాటు అన్నప్రసాదం అందజేస్తారు.

ఈ మూడు రోజుల పాటు టీటీడీ హిందూధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్‌, అన్నమాచార్య ప్రాజెక్టుల ఆధ్వర్యంలో హరికథలు, భజనలు, ఆధ్యాత్మిక భక్తి సంగీత కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించనున్నారు. భక్తులు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పాల్గొని శ్రీ పట్టాభిరామస్వామివారి కృపకు పాత్రులు కావాలని టీటీడీ కోరుతోంది.

Seeking the divine intervention for a good amount of rain in State as well across the country, TTD  will conduct Karishthi Yagam, Varuna Japam and Parjanya Shanti Homam from August 30 to September 03, in Tirumala.

The rituals will be performed at the Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham and the arrangements for the ritual are being made under the supervision of the Principal Sri Kuppa Siva Subrahmanya Avadhani.

As many as 32 Vedic, Shrauta and Smartha scholars will participate in the Yagam and related rituals. The Maha Purnahuti will be performed on September 03.

Sri Kashyapa Maharshi Jayanti celebrations were held in a grand manner at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala on Sunday, marking the Hasta Nakshatra during the month of Sravana.

The programme was jointly organised by the TTD Alwar Divya Prabandha Project and the Sri Vaikhanasa Divya Siddhanta Vivardhini Sabha. The celebrations were conducted to mark the Jayanti of Sri Kashyapa Maharshi, one of the disciples of Vikhanasa Maharshi, one of the preceptors of the Vaikhanasa Bhagavat Shastra tradition.

Scholarly speakers and delivered discourses on the significance and teachings of Sri Kashyapa Maharshi.

Vaikhanasa students, scholars and devotees participated in the programme.

TTD Alwar Divya Prabandha Project will organise a three-day National Conference on the Spiritual Contributions of Sri Vaishnava Acharyas at Annamacharya Kala Mandiram, Tirupati, from August 17 to 19.

The conference will focus on the lives and spiritual contributions of Sri Ramanujacharya, Acharya Pundarikaksha, Sri Govinda Bhattar (Embar) and Sri Dasarathi (Mudaliandan), their role in propagating Visishtadvaita philosophy and preserving temple traditions and practices.

25 Scholars from Four States

Twenty-five researchers and scholars from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka will participate and present research papers on the growth of the Sri Vaishnava tradition, the contributions of the Acharyas and Divya Prabandham.

To Begin with Blessings of Jeeyar Swamijis

The conference will commence at 10 am on August 17 with the blessings of the Tirumala Pedda Jeeyar Swamiji and Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.

Sessions will be held daily from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5.45 pm.

The conference aims to highlight the rich heritage of the Sri Vaishnava tradition and introduce its profound spiritual and scholarly contributions to the present generation.
